A beautiful two floor Townhouse in a building that is right on the water in 'Ol Cape Cod.

On 2 floors and with a fabulous deck, our sunny corner end unit has just completed a renovation! Located in a waterfront building that is set back from Commercial Street. The unit is walkable to literally everything within minutes, and our deck has a fantastic view of the Pilgrim Monument, with additional views of Provincetown harbor.

Your own beach is right out the door and a short 30 second walk to the bottom of 10 steps. The unit features air conditioning up and downstairs, an updated kitchen and bath with full tub and shower, washer & dryer, chaise lounges and breakfast table on the deck, etc.

The location is in the Downtown/East End Gallery District area near the P'town library, Harbor Lounge, The Patio, Essential's Convenience, Pepe's Wharf, The Lobster Pot etc. Location is ideal, and the unit is nice and quiet.

Walk to everything - yet set back from Commercial St down a cobblestone path to an area on the beach shielded from the street noise. Linens, towels and wifi internet are included. If you need parking let us know, but once you park your car you won't need it.

Please enjoy the amenities the gorgeous property has to offer, but condo rules do state that no animals, no smoking, no vaping or 420 is allowed while on this property.

2 adult maximum. There is a sofa bed which would work well for up to 2 children, or the occasional overnight guest.

We have two kids, Nick and Katie who you'll see around town.

What is special about this property?
The location is so central, it can't be beat. very few properties offer such a fantastic in-the-middle-of-everything, without the noise problem. You will NOT hear the Crown & Anchor or Boatslip parties until the wee hours, and yet your right in the heart of Ptown and on the beach.
