DOWNTOWN Two Floor Townhouse, steps down to the BEACH

We have rented from Leslie before and this time we were looking for something RIGHT in town and RIGHT next to the beach - she has multiple properties to offer in town and with this one she again hit the nail on the head based on our requirements. You can't get more lovely or convenient than this place. I love the fact that you are literally 10 seconds to everything, yet actually pretty secluded when up on this deck overlooking the whole of Provincetown and the harbor. We loved it! The unit itself is super cute, with soaring cathedral ceilings and being that it's a corner unit gives it a spacious airy feeling. The pull out is perfect for a kiddo. You are walkable to everything. Although there was street parking available, we found there was also a lot of walkable parking options around, including the parking lot literally adjacent to the property.

We just love love love this place. If you want to run out for a quick Wired Puppy coffee, you can do that and be back in a flash - it's soooooo convenient to everything. There's a wonderful kitchenette, cool tiled wall surrounding the tub/shower and the unit includes a stack washer and dryer. Options for eating both inside or out on the deck. Great/new A/C/Heat mini split system on both floors, easy to operate and worked great. We loved this unit and will be back. I can't imagine just how awesome the fireworks would be from this deck as the views were from up high and being able to look across the Ptown 'skyline' was great. show more show less

Wow! When we stumbled upon this place, it almost seemed to good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. I decided to write a review because a lot of people don't take the time, and this is one host and unit they is worthy of attention (just don't try to book my week!)!

Let me start by saying Leslie helped us out in so many ways. We had no idea how very booked up things would be, but Leslie was able to accommodate us last minute in one of her lovely units. She was so accommodating and gave lots of helpful hints and suggestions that made things go smoothly. She went beyond expectations to make suggestions that made our vacation much more comfortable and memorable.

Now for the unit: DOUBLE Wow, again! Gorgeous two floor townhouse in an incredible location that is absolutely perfect. Beach out front. Center of town and close to everything, yet quiet. There's no question this is our favorite unit in town.

The beach is right there out front and it's inside the breakwater so nice calm water, but with lots of fun harbor type activity to watch all day. The separated deck is exclusive to this unit, yet we had fun talking with and having a couple of glasses of wine with the very friendly neighboring units. Quite honestly that made our trip all the more fun. The unit has a dramatic feel with the cathedral ceiling, and had a very sunny feeling being a corner unit. The unit, including the bathroom and kitchen, were recently updated and clean. We were on "work from home" vacation and literally a couple steps to so many restaurants, so took advantage but we did eat in a lot and found that even though the kitchen is compact, everything anyone would ever need was there. The queen bed was very comfortable, and there was a nice sofabed for our son. Also, having laundry facilities right in unit was much appreciated.
