There is a boatyard building and a Coast Guard building between the house and the beach/water.

This unit #2 is on the first floor, with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The full bath has a fiberglass tub/shower. The deck to the rear has an umbrella table, chairs and a gas grill.

The unit provides a coin-operated washer, a ''free'' dryer and parking for two vehicles. This ideal Commercial Street location puts you within walking distance to all the town has to offer in galleries, restaurants and nightlife.

To provide the most relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we accept adult children only (except family week).
A/C units in bedrooms.
