    Quintessential East End PTown

Lovely, quiet location with nice neighbors. Convenient parking (huge premium). Access to the amazing harbor beach with lovely sand bars at low tide. The house is very tastefully appointed with a great front porch perfect for morning coffee and breezes from the bay.

    Amazing Visit

I stayed in this house on my most recent trip to Provincetown, and it truly was above-and-beyond my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful--far enough from the busy main stretch of town that you can relax away from the crowds, but close enough to easily walk in.

The house itself is spacious, loft-like, and light-filled, with incredible views to boot. There's beach access just across the street, so you can see the water from the front porch, spend the day lounging at the shore, and then fall asleep listening to the waves. Some of the best rest I've gotten all summer! show more show less

Wonderful, comfortable, charming home in great location.

We've had several wonderful stays in this beautiful Provincetown home. It's on Commercial Street with private beach access and convenient to everything, but located in the far East End in a quiet, peaceful spot with views of the water. There's a lovely front porch with plenty of room to enjoy sunset cocktails. It's a charming home that feels full of Provincetown history, with a loft-like feel and lots of open living space downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has its own character. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished and has a great brick fireplace. There's even off-street parking (!!), worth its weight in gold in Provincetown in the summer. The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful, with a lot of knowledge of Provincetown. Have loved our stays here. show more show less

    Spacious east end home.

Beautiful Cape Cod home in Provincetown.
This is a lovely, historic home in the nicest part of Provincetown's east end.
It has big, airy rooms and spectacular views.
The large, shady front porch overlooks Provincetown harbor and when sitting out there, enjoying breakfast or lunch the water is such a clear blue - green that you think you've been transported to Bermuda.

Plenty of space inside for family and entertaining.
    Beautiful harbor views.
Nice kitchen and dining room and PLENTY of parking.
    Steps to spectacular sandy beach.
Great value in a classic location.

This house was the former house of Christopher Busa , the Founder and Editor of Provincetown Arts Magazine. After Chris' passint the house was left to his Brother Nicholas ( Nick ) and his Wife Olushola ( Shola) Reis. The house was a center of artistic activity and input . Currently Nick and Shola are rejuvenating the house and updating it's appearance year by year.

What is special about this property?
This is not your typical Cape Cod House with low ceilings and small cramped rooms . You'll be able to spread out with an open floor plan on the first floor that allows for entertaining and spatious bedrooms upstairs. A large front porch with the beach right across the street. A perfect way to enjoy an early morning coffe or an evening glass of wine , cocktail or dinner. This is a very private and quite neighborhood . We have ample parking in the back of the house in the event that no spaces are available in front on Commercial Street. You are walking distance from all while being located in a quiet tranquill part of town away from the crowds.

What is special about your town?
Walkable or Bike to all areas of interests , Restaurants , Galleries , Dunes and Much more . Once you arrive, there is no immediate need for a car unless you need to go grocery shoping. Even that can be accomplished by bike or walk to the local small grocery stores that are 20 min walk .
