Its newly renovated and the location is fantastic: Quiet street, right in the heart of Provincetown close to all the best bars, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. John was incredibly helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to interact with. Whenever we needed anything like fresh towels, John would pop over immediately. When we arrived he was friendly and made us feel immediately at home. Everything was very clean ( kitchen, bathrooms, linens. He even provides beach chairs, umbrellas and other items to make our beach days easy and relaxing. John has invested alot of time to ensure details are taken care of. We really enjoyed ourselves. Both bedrooms has plenty of storage and closet space, two beautiful bathrooms, living room with lots of seating, and a kitchen that I wish I could take home with me. Bike rack and parking, with the latter being super handy in a small town with limited public parking. Moments to gorgeous beaches, trails, fun activities, amazing restaurants, and the most fun street on Cape Cod with shopping, food, people watching and the most delicious treats you can imagine. John's place (he goes by Jack) was recently completely renovated top to bottom (we were the 2nd guests to stay). Everything is brand new with modern finishes. We were two couples and stayed for 2 weeks; there was plenty of space for the four of us. The two bedrooms each have their own full bathroom. The full kitchen is stocked with the usual kitchen stuff, including a drip coffee maker (which we used everyday). The location is great, right on Conant St., steps from Commercial St. (less than a 60 sec walk to the Boatslip and Mussel Beach gym, etc.). Jack was a very attentive host, greeting us with fresh fruit and cookies when we arrived. He checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This has to be one of the nicest condominiums I have rented in Provincetown. EVERYTHING is brand new. The kitchen is large with a great island in the center. Plenty of storage in the kitchen as well. All appliances are new. Everything you need has been provided. There is a dining table that easily seats 4. There is also a pantry that will keep all of the food out of sight. The living room is large with a couch, two chairs and a smart t.v., a large storage closet is in the living room as well. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds (no sore back the next day) and the storage is amazing. In the bedroom I stayed in there are two huge closets on each side of the bed (shelving units and upper and lower sections to hang clothes, the closet doors are actually full length mirrors (great idea) There is also a dresser if you run out of space in the closet which will be hard to do. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom that has a walk in shower. There are air conditioners in the living room and in each bedroom. Plenty of windows to keep a nice cool breeze flowing throughout the place as well. I have to stress again that everything is brand new and no expense has been spared! Commercial Street is about 25 yards from your front porch. You are a one minute walk away from the Boatslip and two minutes away from Joe's Coffee. If you like martini's it will take about 30 seconds from your front door to the front door of the Monkey Bar. It is close to everything but very quiet at night. A nice touch were the beach chairs and umbrella that Jack has provided for his guests. The owner was very attentive but there was no need to contact him as everything is in perfect condition. We were able to park two cars (Jeep Gladiator and a Land Rover Defender in the driveway.There is also a bike rack. If you find this unit is available for rent I would grab it as soon as possible, you will not find a nicer unit in such a great location! show more show less
