This property is beautiful. Views from the 3 decks are marvelous. Great breeze. It is far enough from the center of Ptown to feel serene and exactly like it is -- a stand alone house in a quite and beautiful neighborhood. At the same time, it is very easy to get to the action of Ptown if that is what you are seeking. We found the walk in very easy. We could bike to all parts of Ptown with no issues. Our 80+ mother took the shuttle that passes by the bottom of the street.
No reason to go on about the house itself as it is exactly as represented on the website--elegant, tasteful, uncluttered, sophisticated and modern but with a warm feel. Kitchen is well-stocked/well-equipped for cooking. Love the wood floors. Very well laid out with lots of privacy b/w the 1st floor bedroom and the 2nd floor one. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water. Immaculately clean on arrival.
The couple that stays in the house on the ground floor are very friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. If we didn't already know they were there, we would not have realized they were present except for their car. Also, Donna is very responsive, reasonable, and friendly.
Not so applicable but if you do happen to be staying over July 4th (as we did), the view of the fireworks is really spectacular from the upper decks.
