This 1850 top-floor cape home is lovely and spread out. Great use of space with architectural details. The unit is spread out so you can be cooking while another watches TV and another closes off the door in the bedroom ensuite. The private deck pulls it all together where everyone meets for coffee or cocktails daily. The fireplace heats the unit in minutes and makes it cozy. Sonos speakers thought-out the house lets everyone enjoy their own music in their room. You have private parking literally one block from Commercial Street where you can find galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, and even the beach.

The backyard common area is mostly used by this unit. Very quiet and shady seating with a gas grill, picnic table, and comfy seating to invite friends over for a glass of wine before a show or simply to read a book under the big tree surrounded by hydrangeas. The common laundry room entrance is off the backyard for easy access.

Lastly, we have a bonus room we refer to as the Hobbit Room. This lovely and cozy loft area has a futon full bed TV and 3 windows as well as Heat and A/C. Kids and couples love it. Inquire within.

    Rick has lived at this 1850 property and has made many upgrades. RIck takes pride in his home and hopes you will enjoy it.

    What is special about this property?
    What folks love about this property is that is the entire top floor entered through a private deck and is the best use of all the space available. In addition, the space is arranged so people can get away from each other offering more privacy to the tenants. One can be cooking in the kitchen, the other watching a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room. Even better, is that you can close the door on the ensuite master bedroom and take a nap. But it is easy to assemble as a family in the living and dining room and deck. Also while the backyard is a common space for the condo complex, this unit mostly uses it. One parking space allows you to come and go easily.

    What is special about your town?
    This property is located in the East End of town but a 5-minute walk to downtown. It is only one block from Commerical street with quick access to restaurants, galleries, shopping, and the beach.
