    AWESOME place! Very close to the main road where EVERYTHING is happening! Super clean, very modern, and has everything you need. There were two types of ground coffee supplied, creamer, sugar, etc. to get you going in the morning. If you plan to cook, there are plenty of spices and whatnot. Bed was very comfortable. The private back patio was a nice place to relax. If we make it back to Ptown, we'll certainly look to book here again!

    It's a studio condo exceptionally well equipped and comfortable! Great location, literally a minute from all the action yet quiet at night. Private back patio! Definitely worth checking out. You won't be disappointed Vasilios is a super host and attentive & guest focused. We look forward to staying there again!

    Fantastic location. Just a block from the Boatslip and commercial street. Easy walking distance to most everything in town. It is ideal for one person or a couple as it is compact but has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend!

    Quaint, has all you need
    Very cozy, lovely outdoor area, kitchen had the basics and all amenities. Bed was comfortable. Host was responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend.

    Vasilio's place is perfect. The apartment has everything you'll need and is extremely clean. The real benefit of the apartment is the location though. It's two blocks from Commercial Street and not far from the water. Plus, the parking is right on a main road, so if you're going to explore other parts of the Cape, it's easy to shoot off to your next destination. I can't recommend Vasilio's apartment highly enough.
