Welcome to my slice of heaven! Perhaps a pun as your glorious view overlooks the beautiful Provincetown cemetery and monument.

My fully equipped 3 story home (ground floor in basement/laundry) is in the back of a very small condo complex (only 3 other units) and has 2 parking spaces in the driveway. The living space is on the second 2 floors with an 'upside down' floorplan, bedrooms on the 2nd floor (with a beautiful ''jack and jill'' bathroom between the 2 bedrooms, and open floor plan living space on 3rd floor. Enter into the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs into a hallway or second entrance into the beautiful sunroom which overlooks bottom deck and tiered garden yard offering private, quiet, large outdoor space. The sunroom is also accessed through the master bedroom.

There is are stairs in the back of the property and that can take you through a gate into the cemetery, with an easy path into town to avoid walking on Conwell St. My property is at the back of the condo and far from the street.

There is an upper deck also with great views, seating for 6, and a gas grill.

NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.

This is my year round home and I take great pride in it. I love sharing it with guests!

    This is a beautiful property that was filled with positive energy. Beth is extremely responsive and kind, making sure that we felt comfortable/happy. Aside from the fact that it was for Halloween weekend, the cemetery view was much more calming and beautiful than I would have originally expected. You have an amazing view of the Provincetown Monument both during the day and at night from the living room and deck!
    Overall, I would highly recommend the property and definitely plan to book it again. show more show less

    Just wow! We had a wonderful time in Beth's beautiful home for the month! We love the open floor plan, the deck..and the spectacular view. A 10 minute walk to the beach (and the coffee shop!) for an a.m. walk. Beth was super helpful and gracious! She even lent us bikes and gave great local advise. Also her gardens are such a pleasure to gaze upon.
    5 stars for sure. Looking forward to returning!

    This was our third year staying at Beth's gorgeous home for the month of July...and we have already booked for July 2025! We love everything about this place, especially the totally tricked out kitchen and outdoor grill as we love to cook and entertain! It's in a great location, just between the east and west ends so we can walk or bike everywhere easily. Beth is always available if needed, leaves us wine and fresh flowers from her garden as is a gem to communicate with!
    The garden is beautiful and the sunset views from upper deck are glorious. A great, spacious, and beautiful home! show more show less

    Beth's place is a perfect spot for a stay in PTown! The unit is super charming and has everything you need for a comfortable visit, including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and decks. The views of the cemetery are absolutely stunning! Highly highly recommend

    I moved to the Outer Cape from Charlottesville, Va about 10 years ago and have been an airbnb host for about 20 years in Charlottesville, Truro, and now Ptown.
    I rent in-season and live with my Partner in Wellfleet , so always close by if needed! I am a yoga teacher and retreat leader. I had a retreat center in Charlottesville and still teach workshops around the world. In the summers, I teach yoga on the beach 4 mornings / week next to the Marina.

    I like to meet my guests when they arrive. when possible to give you a tour and suggestions for the area.

    What is special about this property?
    I am in a wonderful location in the center of town, only a 10 minute walk to town beach. I am set back from the road on 3 floors ( the basement / ground floor has the washer/ dryer)
    The top floor has an open floor plan, deck, grill, and gorgeous views. It's a really lovely home and I love sharing it with guests!

    What is special about your town?
    Provincetown is wild on every level!
    You can experience the crowds and eccentricity on Commercial St or the wild nature of the dunes and beaches. We have everything for everyone!
