This East End home has all the charm and nostalgia of what a beach house should be with modern amenities and comforts of home. The kitchen has a 6 burner Viking Stove with an open kitchen design, refrigerator, dishwasher. washer and dryer & BBQ Grill outside.

There are multiple split systems throughout the house and attached cottage for air conditioning There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights. The master bedroom is large open and airy with a free standing slipper tub with a view of the moon rising if you"re lucky!

The two waterfront decks offer breathtaking views of Provincetown Harbor and long point light. The water is literally just steps away for you to take an afternoon dip or start your day with a morning swim and rinse off in the outdoor shower when done.

The sunroom offers a place to curl up with a book on the daybed or couch, or if you need to work from home there is a desk looking out to the sea. The guest cottage bedroom has a bright airy feel on the second floor with a 20 foot ceiling.

The first floor of the Cottage is the living, dining, kitchen area. There are two designated parking spots as well as on street parking nearby.
