    I have been vacationing in Ptown for 15 year and have owned a condo myself there for 8 years. I previously rented the unit I am now living in (part time) myself. The unit listed here is the first floor unit below mine.

    What is special about this property?
    The property was totally gut renovated in 2025. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom with one king and one queen. It is in a great location in the center of town near the library, between Commercial and Bradford Streets. There are no street adjacent to the building however as it is tucked in between other homes. This keeps it quiet even though it is centrally located and an easy walk to everything. It has an in unit washer and dryer, microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven making it very home like in the kitchen. The two sided fireplace is great to provide ambiance and additional heating during the winter. The outdoor two-sided wrap around deck provides an additional outdoor living and dining area. It is fully fenced in and covered with a total outdoor area of 390 sq ft making it a wonderful place to enjoy the great Ptown weather!

    What is special about your town?
    Provincetown is a unique and charming place full of theatres, restaurants, and shops. The seashore is gorgeous and the bike/walking trails are fantastic. You can arrive by car, ferry, or plane (in season).
