Centrally located in the heart of Ptown, steps away from the Monument and Town Hall. My home is not a rental but an actual home that I have decorated over a span of five years to reflect the bohemian and eclectic history of America's first artist community. Charming with comfortable seating, ample lighting and multiple work surfaces for those that need to work when needed. My home is quite even though it is steps away from Commercial Street. So if you want to come home and do a quick outfit change or forgot something, you are five minutes away from everything.

The condo is situated in an 1895 building formerly an Odd Fellows Hall, the second largest fraternal society after the Free Masons. My home has iconic New England town views with beautiful natural light. Two floor consist of Two bedrooms with king beds and one loft room with a Queen Bed. There is galley kitchen fully stocked china, cookware and coffee experience including a dishwasher along with washer and dryer.

The top floor has views of the harbor and a dormer with a desk for writing. I have also filled my home with live plants to give some added warmth and life.

This condo is on floors 3-4 of 2.

    My name is Gino and I have been offering my home as a vacation rental for 7 years now. I am professional interior designer and worked primarily designing hotels and restaurants. So hospitality is in my blood and I love hosting at both my home and vacation rental. I've gone to great lengths to make my Ptown home as comfortable and practical as possible.

    What is special about this property?
    When I first walked into the place I would come to call my home, it was the dead of winter and the lighting was incredible. The views of the Unitarian Universalist Church, the iconic rooflines of the homes on Gosnold Street with Town Hall to the left sealed the deal. It is rare to have these kind of views in any New England town and is akin to being in any European capital with views of a cathedral outside your hotel room. I loved the gracious layout and the two floor set up where everyone staying at my home can have their own space. My bedding and beds are incredibly comfortable and commented on by many guests.
