Come stay in our West End cottage! Located on a quiet block of Pleasant Street north of Bradford, in a renovated carriage house.

The first floor is a kitchen/dining/living area, with a super comfy sofa with a super comfy pull-out mattress. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the deck. The large outdoor deck gets afternoon sun year-round. Private and fenced in, it has two lounge chairs, a sofa, and bistro table and chairs. And of course an outdoor shower. Large bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, including a small adjustable-height standing/sitting desk.

Very comfortable for a couple, and cozy for four (e.g., two kiddos on the sofabed). Well behaved cats and dogs are allowed.

It's a great location in town - maybe even the best spot in town - close enough for easy walking, but far enough to be secluded and peaceful. No car needed! We're three-minute walk to Liz' Cafe, another two minutes to Commercial Street, and less than a mile to MacMillian Pier. And a five-minute walk to Stop & Shop. The neighborhood expectation is quiet, so parties and outdoor noise are no-gos.

Includes two parking spaces in the driveway.
