Enjoy Provincetown from our comfortable two-bedroom home on Commercial Street, ideally located for experiencing everything town has to offer while providing a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The condo includes two dedicated parking spaces, a private outdoor deck, central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen.

Inside the home

The condo is arranged over three levels and features an open and inviting main living area with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave and is stocked with the essentials for preparing everything from morning coffee and breakfast to dinner at home.

There are two bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, beautiful bay views and a private en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. Three Smart TVs are located throughout the condo, allowing guests to sign in to their own favorite streaming services.<br /> <br /> Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable during the summer, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays particularly convenient.<br /> <br /> Outdoor space and setting<br /> <br /> One of our favorite features of the property is the spacious private deck overlooking Commercial Street, with views toward Provincetown Harbor. With comfortable lounge seating, outdoor dining, a grill and seasonal plantings, it provides an additional outdoor living space for morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner outside.<br /> <br /> The condo is located directly on Commercial Street, putting you in the heart of the Provincetown experience. Despite the central location, the home provides a comfortable retreat from the activity of the town.<br /> <br /> Two dedicated parking spaces are included with the rental—a particularly valuable convenience in Provincetown. Once you arrive and park, you can leave the cars behind for much of your stay.<br /> <br /> Location and Provincetown<br /> <br /> The location makes it easy to enjoy Provincetown on foot. Restaurants, cafés, galleries, shops, entertainment and nightlife are all within walking distance along Commercial Street. Provincetown Harbor, MacMillan Pier and the center of town are also easily accessible without a car.<br /> <br /> Provincetown’s beaches and the Cape Cod National Seashore are nearby. Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach are easily reached by car or bicycle, and the area’s extensive bike trails provide another wonderful way to explore the dunes, beaches and natural beauty of the Outer Cape.<br /> <br /> Guests arriving by ferry can easily enjoy a stay without relying on a car, while guests who drive have the unusual convenience of two dedicated parking spaces for the duration of their visit.<br /> <br /> We’ve owned our Provincetown home since 2017 and spend time here ourselves, so we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
