This is our fourth stay and it's always perfect. The house is exactly as shown with everything you could need. Beautiful kitchen with appliances makes eating family dinners enjoyable. The multiple areas give everyone options to enjoy outdoors. Love being oceanfront with heated pool!

This is our third year renting this home, it's got everything you need for the perfect vacation. Oceanfront, pool and the house is meticulous. The owners are wonderful and have thought of every little detail to make your stay amazing.

We adore this home, its location, and the owners! We have been renting this home for several years, and every time we come back it gets better and better. The heated pool, spotless interior, generous spaces, personal touches and multiple porches make the house a dream. The location is outstanding as well - the home has an incredible view of of the ocean with direct beach access - the ocean is calm and absolutely stunning in this area. Sagamore Beach is also a quick drive to all the best that the Cape has to offer without as much traffic! show more show less

This home is stunning! It sits directly on the ocean, in close proximity to restaurants and stores, has plenty of sprawling indoor and outdoor space to enjoy plus a heated pool! We loved the peaceful, quiet neighborhood and private beach.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation and it was largely because of how comfortable we all were.

The owners were wonderful. They were very prompt with emails when we we had questions prior to our stay and upon arrival they checked in via phone to be sure we were settling in nicely.

They seemed to have thought of everything you could need and had a lovely folder filled with local attractions and menus. We decided to do take out for most of our dinners because we had children of all ages with us and it was very easy and delicious with the great local fare. We took a day trip to Martha's Vineyard by ferry. (The Steamship Authority Port is a quick 30 minute drive from this home) We took another day trip to The Heritage Gardens Museum which is just over the bridge in Sandwich, MA. The rest of our vacation we gladly spent at the home.

It was just so beautiful and relaxing we didn't want to be anywhere else.
Oh, and we highly recommend renting paddleboards. There is a rental company that delivers them directly to the house. It was awesome to tour the shoreline from the water.

Our week on Phillips Road was fantastic. This home is everything you want in a vacation home and more. The owners have done an amazing job of providing everything that you would need for cooking, sleeping, swimming, etc.

A kitchen fully outfitted with all of the cooking and serving supplies that you would need, a swimming pool with rafts and tons of pool toys for the kids, beach chairs and umbrellas, tons of beach toys, the list goes on.

It also has air conditioning upstairs in the sleeping rooms which made for great nights of sleep. And the pictures on this listing here do not do the house justice. It is right on the beach, the views are spectacular, the house is gorgeous, the pool is warn...we didn't want to leave!!

Nicole (the owner) is also very attentive and responds to all questions immediately. She was a an absolute pleasure to communicate with before, during and after our stay.

If you are lucky enough to snag an available week, do yourself a favor and take it!! We truly hope to be able to make this an annual tradition and have already asked Nicole to sign us up for next summer. show more show less
