Sagamore Beach Retreat was an idyllic home for our family summer vacation. It exceeded our expectations due to its quiet residential community within walking distance to a private beach.
Stacy was a perfect and gracious host.
We hope to return next year.

What a beautiful beach retreat! Home and grounds impeccably kept. The heated salt water pool was a treat after a day at the beach. The basement was decked out for family fun of all ages for rainy days, evening or just some downtime. A short walk to quiet beach made it easy to make multiple trips a day. Would love to stay again when we're back in Cape Cod.

This wonderful home has everything necessary for a perfect family vacation. The pool is amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. The house is furnished beautifully and comfortably. This is why we have come back for many years in a row.

Cannot say enough about this phenomenal property. Just a short walk to the beach but you also have the option of a heated saltwater pool. The house is beautifully decorated - with a media/gameroom. Modern appliances and in immaculate condition. You will never want to leave.

We had the most wonderful stay at Stacy and Selim's Sagamore Beach home! The property truly delivered on every front — the pool was a huge hit with our kids (they were in it constantly), and the 5-minute walk to the beach was so convenient. The house itself is impeccably clean, thoughtfully laid out, and highly functional for family life.

The basement game room / movie room was another kid favorite — when they weren't in the pool, they were downstairs playing. The outdoor space is beautifully designed, and every detail (from the pool toys to the beach gear to the outdoor shower) is clearly considered.

But what really set this experience apart was Stacy and Selim themselves. They welcomed us like longtime friends coming to stay in their home, and the extra effort they put into making us feel comfortable was genuinely special.

I grew up in Sagamore Beach, and was so grateful to have found such a peaceful, well-appointed retreat in a prime spot for families or couples. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The house was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, cozy, and spacious. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the private backyard, and especially the heated saltwater pool. Having the beach a short walk away and the game/movie room downstairs for rainy days made our stay perfect. Stacy and Selim are wonderful hosts, and their home is truly a gem.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Sagamore Shores Beach Retreat. We loved every minute of it and were honestly wishing we had booked a longer stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful—bright, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated without ever feeling overdone. It immediately felt welcoming, and it was obvious that Stacy and Selim have put a lot of care into making it a place where people can truly relax. Every detail seemed to have been considered, and it felt more like staying in someone's well-loved vacation home than a typical rental.

The location couldn't have been better. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, which became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We found ourselves walking down several times a day just to enjoy the water, the sunsets, or simply the peaceful neighborhood. Sagamore Beach has such a relaxed, uncrowded feel, and being able to avoid the Cape traffic while still being close to everything made it even better.

Stacy and Selim were incredibly gracious hosts. They were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take great pride in sharing their home with guests.

We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this one is truly one of our favorites. It felt like a place we'd happily return to again and again. Thank you, Stacy and Selim, for sharing such a special home—we're already looking forward to coming back.

This is the 5th year in a row that we have stayed in this beautiful home. We keep coming back because everything is perfect for us. The heated outdoor pool is wonderful with so many floats to relax on and comfortable furniture around the pool. Inside, the house is clean and new but very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and also to a park with a playground and tennis and pickleball courts. The owners are helpful and accommodating! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

We have rented for the last several years, and owners are great to work with. House has everything you need with lots of fun rainy day stuff in basement. Pool and sitting areas are lovely. A short walk to the beach. Great family vacation!

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this Sagamore Shores Beach Retreat! The house was stunning and in the perfect location. Super clean and beautifully maintained by truly wonderful people, the pictures do not do it justice. The hosts, Stacy and Selim, were so kind and responsive. Thank you both so much for your warm hospitality and all the thoughtful extra touches that were made to make my Mother's 70th birthday extra special. This house had it all, the outdoor space was thoughtfully designed and is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor standout features included a heated salt-water inground pool with floats, a cozy firepit seating area, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining table with a gas grill. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach with towels and chairs provided and also conveniently located to lots of nice restaurants and the Cape Code Canal Bikeway. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!

The home owners were wonderful and easy to work with. The house was just lovely with super comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. The game room was a hit, and we could barely pry my daughter out of the movie room to get her into the delightful heated pool. It was a great family vacation!

This was our third summer returning to this vacation home and it was just as wonderful as our first! The house is modern, clean, and comfortable with every amenity we look for. The outdoor pool is amazing and we have so much fun relaxing in and by the pool. The outdoor shower is a favorite vacation treat! When we are not outside, the beds and couches are so comfortable and there are so many fun things to do in the house including ping pong, foosball, games, and many TVs to watch. It is a short walk to the beach as well as to a park with tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground. We look forward to coming back again next year!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home! First, it truly is a 2 minute walk in an adorable neighborhood to an amazing beach (that's never crowded.) The house itself is super clean, seems newly built with all new amenities, and also has so much to do to make the stay fun. My kids loved the playroom where they could play ping pong and fuse ball. The pool is so easy to use (and nice and warm)! And after the kids went to sleep, my husband and I enjoyed a drink at the fire pit outside. Highly recommend, would definitely rent again!

Immaculate home with all the amenities that we needed for a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool in the evening. The game room & movie theater downstairs kept the kids busy for hours. The hosts were lovely and responsive to our questions.

This beautiful home is amazing. The minute you walk through the door, you feel like you are on vacation. We were there with two other families and did not feel crowded. Plenty of room for everyone. With two office spaces, we were also able to slip in a little work time in with privacy. With the beautiful pool, media room and short walk to the beach, this location cannot be beat. I cannot wait for next year!

I stayed at this home for 4 nights this past July. The home is beautiful inside and outside - perfectly decorated. Everything one needed is here. AC was key and worked perfectly. The outdoor pool was the best part - water temperature was amazing with plenty of floats to relax on. I was able to spend time outside at night so the firepit was another plus. The game and move room were an added bonus. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and not crowded at all. Beautiful all around - a perfect way to spend your time. I highly recommend this home as a place to vacation and relax your days away. You will not be disappointed.

After a wonderful vacation in this home last summer, we were so excited to be able to come back again this summer! Stacy and Selim are such kind and thoughtful homeowners who made sure everything was perfect when we arrived.

In addition to all of the wonderful house features that we enjoyed last year (the heated pool, outdoor shower, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach), this year there was an amazing home theater room added to the basement. This house has everything our family could need for a fun and relaxing vacation!!!

This is our second year visiting this amazing spot. This house has absolutely everything you want in a beach house. The heated pool is absolutely perfect and the lounge area around the pool is perfect for hanging out all day. The house is perfectly stocked with all of the necessary items and the house is decorated impeccably. It's in the absolute cutest neighborhood just a 2 minute walk from a stunning beach. It truly feels like you have been transported to a magical vacation spot. We couldn't ask for anything more in a beach house rental!!

We loved our stay at Sagamore Shores Beach Retreat. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely, relaxing and special home. Our favorite moments were the beach days at Old Silver Beach and Scusset Beach Reservation, the beautiful pool, outdoor shower, dinners by the pool, spending time together, foosball, games and darts, steamed lobsters and lobster rolls! We also loved Seafood Sams, Rock Bottom Seafood, Treehouse Brewery and Farmer's Omelet. All in all a wonderful vacation and beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, the awesome salt water pool and outdoor shower, close proximity to everything Cape, and a very thought out home made our stay amazing. We could not have imagined wanting anything more as they had thought of and included everything.

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to bike or walk around. We visited Titcomb's Bookshop and could have spent hours deciding how many books to leave with.

Overall the location and property is beautiful and a wonderful way to experience Cape Cod.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! Everything was clean, new and comfortable. We LOVE the pool and the outdoor shower! We would recommend going to Scusset Beach - so close, soft sand, restrooms, snack bar (bring credit card to pay for parking). Skull Island in South Yarmouth (35 min drive) for mini golf, go carts, batting cages and arcade. Our favorite moments were the days and nights in the pool, biking on the Cape Cod Canal Bike Path, walking/biking/running around the neighborhood and the beach. We will be back. Thank you.

We will never forget our first trip to Cape Cod!! Stacy, Selim and Cameron were wonderful hosts and we will be back next year! Our recommendations for fun things to do - a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, the Beach :) ! Going to Plymouth to see the Mayflower, biking/walking through the beautiful neighborhood. Our favorite things were going to the beach, day AND night swimming under the stars, the OUTDOOR SHOWER (What?!?) , and making memories with friends. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet beachside neighborhood that will not disappoint! The interior is stunning (especially the eat-in kitchen) with plenty of room and the outdoor space is gorgeous.

Loved swimming in the heated pool, the outdoor shower and the short walk to what felt like my own private beach. Stacy and Selim are great hosts and I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children in June 2021 and had an absolutely perfect week. The house is IMPECCABLE. Perfectly decorated, wonderful layout, and incredibly clean. The house is truly beautiful.

The hosts have done an amazing job providing all the necessary items you would ever need for your stay including kitchen, bath and pool items. The heated pool is truly magical as well. It is the perfect size and wonderfully protected and private. We spent most of our days hanging in this beautiful area.

The location is fantastic as well. Walking distance to the beach, two playgrounds, and a very walkable neighborhood. It is very close to the bike path and conveniently located to the drugstore and supermarket as well. We absolutely can't wait to visit again!!
