The home was lovely with everything you could need on vacation. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and yard lovely. Great location. The owners were very available and so responsive. Plenty of room for everyone. Really a lovely stay! Would definitely rent here again.

We had a wonderful time at Sagamore Sanctuary! We loved the privacy…of the property and the spacious home. Great location. Close to beaches, marinas, stores. The home and pool house are immaculate. Has everything you need including games, pool floats and even beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler for trips to the beach. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. Great, prompt communication. You will not be disappointed!

Katie & Anthony's home is absolutely beautiful! Every inch of the house both indoors as well as outdoors is immaculate. The space is layed out perfectly for large groups and has everything you can possibly need. House is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping and so much more. Katie & Anthony are extremely responsive and kind and have clearly put a lot of time and love into this property. I travel a bit and have never felt more comfortable and at home than I did on this trip!

We had an amazing stay in Bourne, MA for a family get-together. The property was exactly what we were hoping for and exceeded our expectations. Everyone loved spending time in the pool, and the entire home was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hosts were outstanding—very responsive and quick to address a couple of minor maintenance issues, which we greatly appreciated. The family gathering spaces were perfect for spending quality time together, and we especially enjoyed the grill and the quiet, peaceful backyard.
The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to several great day-trip destinations. Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family gathering, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home in the Cape Cod area. show more show less

Walking into this home felt like walking into a Cape Cod oasis. The property was fully stocked with anything and everything one could possibly need while trying to feel at home away from home. There was so much to do for all of the guests in our group. The pool was a hit! communication was timely and easy to understand. We can't wait to come back!

The Sagamore Sanctuary far exceeded our expectations. Completely remodeled, the home looked brand new while still having all of the rustic charm you would expect to find on Cape Cod. Classic weathered siding, nautical touches and beautiful landscaping everywhere you looked, this estate was the perfect accommodation for our annual multi-generational New England getaway. It was nicely decorated, very spacious, had comfortable furniture and was bright and airy from morning until night. We also appreciated the extra care that Katie and Anthony put into making sure every space had everything we needed for our stay. From a fully stocked kitchen and toiletries in every bathroom to plenty of beach chairs and a complete s'mores kit, we had all the comforts we could hope for. The neighborhood was private, quiet and safe and we really enjoyed spending most of our evenings out by the stunning heated pool and relaxing on the sprawling back porch. The convenient location made it easy to spend our days traveling with a large group of kids, parents and grandparents. Some of our favorite stops were: visiting Brewster Flats, shopping in the Falmouth area, catching a stunning sunrise on the Sandwich Boardwalk, trying fresh saltwater taffy, exploring the 40-mile National Seashore, going out for a round of mini golf and ice cream, walking Mayflower Beach at low tide, climbing historic lighthouses & enjoying Tree House Brewery. My family and I came to the area for my sister's graduation from brown university. We found the home that would accommodate our big family unsure of what to expect but when we arrived. The house was everything we needed and it fit all of the needs of the family. It was very spacious, comfortable, and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for others and if we ever get a chance to come back we for sure will be booking this home again.
