No children under 14 are permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. No running around the pool area is permitted. No diving. No Glass in the pool. We expect guest to be cooperative and allow our maintenance team to complete service quickly and minimize disruption. Failure to allow work to be completed may result in an additional charge of $250 for rescheduling of the service.<br /> <br /> Our home sleeps 20 guests max - this includes daytime guests. We have a strict no party policy. Thank you for understanding<br /> <br /> -Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This individual must be on site at all times, you cannot rent on someone else's behalf.<br /> <br /> -Optional pool heating defaults to 82 degrees - increasing the temperature beyond that may come with an additional fee and accommodation is at the discretion of the owner<br /> <br /> -To keep the HVAC system running efficiently and to help avoid unnecessary strain on the unit, we ask that the thermostat not be set below 68°F while the air conditioning is in use. The system is not designed to cool much beyond this range, especially when outdoor temperatures are mild, and setting it lower can cause the unit to run inefficiently or struggle to keep up.
