Welcome to the Summer Wind Beach House! ---- A year round Ocean-Beachfront cottage with SPECTACULAR VIEWS over Cape Cod Bay and beyond. Vista views to the left are the famed white cliffs and ever-changing views of the Cape Cod Canal to the right. This property absolutely has one of the greatest views on the entire street!

THE INTERIOR: presents with an updated and bright interior with a Nantucket styled décor. Modern kitchen and bath. Cathedral ceiling in most rooms, with skylights in the living room and kitchen. Oversized windows about, bring the natural scenic ocean views right into the home. The open living room and kitchen area allows for spectacular ocean/beach views. The living room has Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player with assorted videos. The kitchen has all the standard appliances. The cathedral ceiling master bedroom (queen bed) has oceanfront views, decorative bedding, a wall mounted flat screen TV, large dresser, ample pillows. The 2nd bedroom with seashore vibe has two twin beds and ocean views. The interior bathroom has a shower (no tub) with a hand held shower option. There is a stackable washer and dryer on this same level. All conveniently on one floor for easy laid back living for all generations of your family/friends. Keeping you comfortable with bedroom window A/C units for July/August and each room has its own heating thermostat for the cooler months.

OUTDOOR LIVING. - Its all about the BEACH and your living on it! Enjoy the spectacular oceanfront views from the wrap around deck facing the Ocean. The deck area has various seating areas to suit your needs, including a dining table and 4 chairs and also a higher captain table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. There is a gas grill next to the deck and plenty of sand areas for the the little ones to play - when your chilling or grilling. For deck-side relaxing there are Adirondacks chairs nestled in the sand perfect for conversation, reading a good book or enjoying a cocktail while watching the kids play in the sand. The house is surrounded by a white Nantucket picket fence surrounding the house adorned with nautical buoys.

AMENITIES: We specialize in and offer full amenities vacation homes only. We include everything from Beach Chairs to Q-Tips. Perfect for long-distance travels, parents with children, busy professionals. No extra charge, we provide a complete amenities list with every lease package. We no longer can list all our amenities here due to space limitations. We are happy to discuss specific questions or needs you may have.

A few REQUIREMENTS: We have a maximum capacity of 5 people. A Maximum of 2 car spaces. Minimum age requirement to sign a lease agreement is 25 years of age. First come - first serve booking policy. No Pet's in Prime Season. Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only and we provide ash trays and smoking sand buckets.

LOCATION: This is the best place to do a lot on vacation or absolutely nothing! Your front row on the beach with an ever changing scenery of boats coming through the canal, big yachts, sail boats, barges to coast Guard to even the occasional cruise ship! We are Located in a low traffic area (except for Saturday) perfect for jotting over to get your Dunkin’s, convenience store /liquor and back to house in minutes.....not an hour because of traffic.
We are located near all major route, perfect for those that wish to explore Cape Cod other towns if you choose. We do suggest that you consider your exploration days for Mon through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are high volume visitor check-in / check-out days, and traffic can be long and frustrating during these days.

OWNERS: We are a family run vacation rental business. Our business is make your vacation a great experience. This is NOT a second home shell of a house rental which requires you to bring/buy everything just to use the space. Patsy the primary contact owner, has handled rental properties for her parents since 1990's, and eventually buying her own vacation rentals in 2000. My husband Joe, is a co-owner and wonderful Jack of all trades who works behind the scenes. Kids in training. Retired professionals, with common sense.
