30 Sept 2023 Update: Almost all of our guests are mult-generational. The house is perfect for grandparents, and a family with 2 kids. We have been renting for 6 years so far and everyone who stays loves the house, the amenities, the views, and the relaxation!
Your stay comes complete with all cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and almost anything else you need at a house. Linens are optional in case you have your own sheets and towels to bring.
The Cleaning Fee is included in the price!
All of the pictures are still good, except there is a new bed in the Master Bedroom. There are other new items in the house that only make it more comfortable!

Searenity. Ellen and I strive to make our home lavishly comfortable and inviting. We know you will enjoy your stay at our beach home. The views are spectacular. On a clear day one can see the tower in Provincetown. We have spotted whales swimming offshore and had a seal come up on our beach! It is interesting to watch the large cargo ships/barges come and go as they pass through Cape Cod Canal.
Our home was built in 2018 and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, almost 2000 sq ft of living space set on a 1/4 acre lot directly on the ocean. You have your own beach! Why pay for beach parking and permit fees when you can go to your own beach when you want and for as long as you want? There is a walkway from the back deck over the dune to your private beach below. This is a private walkway only for you. The lot next to the house is vacant, so you have 75' of buffer between neighbors on one side.
The house has a wrap-around porch leading to a very large back deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay. There is an outdoor shower and changing area. On the back deck there are 2 patio couches and 2 chairs, as well as a table. Other amenities include central AC, cable TV, Internet, and a gas BBQ grill.
The downstairs has a large kitchen with a 4 person island. There is a kitchen table for 6 in the eating area. The family room has a couch, 2 chairs, some tables, and a fantastic gas fireplace with a stone front and wood slab mantle. The washer and dryer is conveniently located in a separate laundry room.
As you walk in the front door, there are stairs to the second floor to the left, and to the right there is a closet and a half bath.
All countertops are granite. The floors in the bathrooms and laundry rooms are tile. There is hardwood everywhere else.
The oak staircase leads upstairs to a hallway, and off it are a non-ocean facing bedroom (we call it the WHALE room) with 2 twin beds and an ocean facing bedroom with 2 twins (we call it the SHIP room). Both bedrooms are a nice size, and you will not feel squeezed. The closets have built-in shelves, as well as a clothes rod for hanging items.
The Master Bedroom is large and beautiful. It has a 3-door slider leading to a scenic 12' x 12' deck that you can only access from this bedroom. There are 2 deck chairs and a table on this deck. This is a secluded relaxing area.
The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The bathroom has a double bowl sink (granite countertop) and a gorgeous tiled shower with glass doors.
The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom that has a single bowl sink on a granite countertop. There is a cast iron tub with tiled surround walls. The tub has easy access glass shower doors.

We provide toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish washer detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap. We also provide salt/pepper, packets of sugar and non-sugar sweetener, and tea and 10-15 coffee K-cups.
Linens, bath towels, beach towels (3), and kitchen towels can be provided upon request for $100.
Ellen and I are always available via phone, text, or email. We will check in with you regularly prior to your trip.
