My family stayed for a month ch too short visit. This house has everything, just a short walk or drive to the private beach. Quietly nestled in quiet friendly neighborhood. The owners thought of everything to make our stay carefree. Would recommend at least a week since there is so much to do.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The home was beautiful and very clean. It also had all the amenities that we wanted. The location is great and it was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.

Great family spot

My wife and I rented this house for a week with our 2.5 year old and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and welcoming with everything one could need for a beach vacation. The private beach is lovely and close by and the house is just a short drive away from all kinds of good food options and fun activities in the area on a cloudy day.

I've rented several properties over the years on the Cape and this was one of the cleanest houses I've stayed in. We found the house to be very comfortable and it had everything that we needed.

The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and they especially enjoyed the ping pong table. It was nice and quiet at night.

One of my favorite aspects was the proximity to the beach. We chose to drive rather than walk and carry all the gear. It took less than 2 minutes to drive to the beach. The parking lot is small, but I didn't have any trouble getting a spot the week I was there. We went back to the house for lunch most days and returned to the beach around 3:00. The beach was never crowded and some mornings we were the only people there. For people who haven't rented in Sandwich before: the beach is rocky. My daughters used water shoes.

Rented this lovely home located in a very nice neighborhood association and we walked to the beach everyday-that's how close the beach is! The house is nicely kept and you have many accommodations to enjoy. You are also close to many attractions to explore during your stay. Great area for dining, shopping, walking, and relaxing when needed. The owner is very accommodating and provides all the necessary information to enjoy your stay! I would rent again.

This was our first time renting from Rhonda and she made every detail easy for us. She provided a list of essentials to bring and told us everything we needed to know about the home, the beach and the area. She is so nice and checked in with us both at arrival and departure.

We loved the openness of Rhonda's home and the feeling of being together since the kitchen, dining and family rooms are all connected. Just like in the pictures!

The master bedroom was so comfortable that I actually slept in! All of the rooms have tv's so if you want to watch a show before bed, you can.

The lower level has a game/tv room, bathroom and laundry. Great place for the kids to hang out.

The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed exploring it. Each morning, we had our coffee on the deck and by lunchtime, we headed to the beach. It wasn't crowded and people were friendly. You can easily walk or drive if you want to. Love that we had the option!

At the end of the day, we took an outdoor shower, grilled up some dinner and relaxed.

Sandwich is a lovely town with plenty to do and see! We did venture out for ice cream and mini golf one night and dinner another night.

We can't wait to return next year!

Our Family Getaway!
We had an amazing time! We needed to get away during these COVID-19 times and school learning remote days! It was such a much needed break for the 5 of us! The homeowner was great with her recommendations on things to do and places to eat! We fished, went to the beach, shopped a little, went to a cool bookstore and relaxed at the house! We reached out to the homeowner a few times and she responded within minutes and was happy to help! Thanks! We'll definitely book again!

Beautiful home and location
House is exactly as advertised and literally neat as a pin and extremely well organized. We loved the walk to the beach and there is lots of good food close by. Great stay!

Great home and location for a quiet retreat. Private beach area is close and very scenic. Clean, roomy and well appointed living space. Beach supplies on hand also!

Great Experience & Beautiful Beach!
Rhonda truly cares about the experience that her guests have. The communication is amazing and the house is just as described. Having access to the private beach is a huge plus, and the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

Love the Cape
What a great house and location. The private beach is a great plus , since it costs $20- $25 a day for all the other beaches. Had some fun ping bong tournaments downstairs. My son did not know my husband was so good at it!

Wonderful Vacation!
This vacation was a wonderful experience - from our very first interaction with the owner, to the cleanliness of the home and amenities. Rhonda was a delight to work with. Very responsive and helpful. She has put a lot of time and love into her home and It shows. The house was large enough for my 2 teenagers to have their "alone" time and then all we spent mornings and evenings in the living room (it was surrounded by large picture windows and provided an amazing breeze). We played ping pong quite a bit and cooked several meals in the very well-appointed kitchen. Not too far from the beach, and we could easily walk. The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt quite private. The beach was also not crowded at all, which was a relief due to Covid-19 concerns. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will definitely be returning!

This is our second time staying at Scorton Shores. The house is very clean, well-appointed and in a great location. Of course, we loved the access to the private beach (passes are supplied) which is a short walk or drive! It was never crowded and is a great beach for kids and taking walks. Outdoor shower after was terrific! The outside deck was a favorite place for coffee in the morning. The house is very private and the neighborhood quiet. Sandwich offers many restaurants; there is a grocery store nearby, terrific thin crust pizza and ice cream too. Rhonda is very helpful and a great communicator. It is always a pleasure staying here and we expect to do so again. A hidden gem!

Gorgeous, clean location with all of the comforts of home. Rhonda cares about her guests and it shows!

Great stay in Sandwich
The house is clean, well-appointed, and just as described. Rhonda did a great job of communicating with us, even talking us through how to connect our teens' gaming system on the first night. Lovely location, great beach and all around pleasant stay.

Wonderful getaway
We had a great time! Rhonda's home was very clean (crucial during COVID). The best part was the beautiful private beach and ease of access (rental comes with a beach pass and parking pass). The beach was perfect for our group of kids because it was never crowded and allowed for plenty of social distancing and privacy. We appreciated Rhonda's communication both before and during our stay and she had some great local recommendations. We hope to return next summer!

Super clean and well-equipped home. Rhonda is very attentive to making your stay enjoyable. She will help in any way possible. Home is nicely decorated with plenty of room for several guests. The sitting room is awesome for morning coffee. Large outside deck and patio sitting area. Very private property in a quiet neighborhood with great access to private beach area. Would definitely stay here again.
