Newly renovated beach house with an in law suite on Town Neck Beach. Sleeps 10 comfortably. House includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 full kitchens, a loft and in-law suite with a private entrance. Deck and grill out back right off beach. Private entrance to the beach with beach chairs provided. 1 queen bed in the master suite with full bath and Jacuzzi. 2 queen bedrooms. Loft with 2 trundle beds and a half bath. You will never feel on top of each other with three sitting areas in different parts of the house. All kitchen needs, utensils, coffee pot, & Keruig included.

What is in the area? There is plenty of parking, and you are right on Town Neck beach. Walk 2 minutes down the beach to the new Tree House Brewery (coming summer of 2021!). Less than a quarter of a mile to the entrance of the Cape Cod Canal walk. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to restaurants on the water such as Fisherman's View, Pilot House and Seafood Sam's or go to the marketplace to get anything you need.

    Perfect summer getaway

    This was the perfect summer getaway for two families (4 adults and 5 teenagers). We all had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out. The home looks great in the pictures and looks even nicer in person. The home is set far back from the street which provides ample room for parking and creates a very private feeling when sitting out back. We enjoyed stunning sunrise views and watching a family of seals that live right behind the house. The kitchen is beautifully updated and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms have updated furniture and very comfortable beds. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the newly added outdoor shower were awesome.

    The owners were very nice and a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive to questions/concerns.

    We sunbathed, fished, paddle boarded and made s'mores by the fire. We also enjoyed walking to the boardwalk at Town Neck beach, picking up craft beers at Tree House brewery and eating at the great restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.     show more show less
