Two chairs to set up on the beach with an umbrella for your enjoyment. Cottage has just been updated with new kitchen, new laminate floors, & fresh paint. A new queen bed, new sofa bed couch & chair. Outside shower, picnic table, chairs & gas grille. Two parking spaces available. Perfect location for kayaking on the bay or at the end of the boulevard is Scorton Creek.

Historic Sandwich is the oldest town on Cape Cod! The first town over the canal bridge. Located on Cape Cod Bay on the historic North side of the Cape. Visit downtown & check out the Daniel Webster Inn, which was an original stagecoach stop. Visit the Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Museum & Gardens, the Grist Mill on Shawme & pond, & get a drink from the natural spring fountain. Sandwich Harbor basin is home of private boats and yachts plus a fleet of commercial fishing vessels. Check out the Coast Guard Museum on the Canal. Great seafood restaurants on the Canal. Boston and Providence are only 70 miles away. The village of Hyannis is the shopping capital of the Cape & also the home of the Kennedy family.

    Excellent Cottage

    I Enjoyed My Vacation at This Ideal Cottage and Had an Overall "EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE". All the Cottage Amenities (Comfortable Bed, Outdoor Shower, Good Size Bathroom, etc.) that is Has to Offer worked "PERFECTLY". The Pathway is a Short Walk to a "Private Beach" Away from CROWDED CONDITIONS is also a PLUS. I Like Being able to Cool Off on Warm/Hot Summer Days by Swimming in Refreshing Water without CROWDS; This Saves Me from Having to Deal with Heavy Traffic and Crowded Beach Conditions. This Cottage is in a SAFE AREA.

    The Owners Bob and Isabelle Were Friendly, Gracious and Helpful to Me During My Vacation Stay. I Want to Comeback and Visit This Cottage.     show more show less

    Just Right

    The cottage was small very clean and !87 steps from the door to the beach! Isabelle and Bob were pure gems, not intrusive or inflexible, Just the opposite a simple request info, etc were greeted warmly, they are your' neighbors after all. The beach was rocky, but if you know the area this is to be expected but NO reason to avoid this place. YOU WILL NOT BE UNHAPPY if you choose this spot.

    Perfectly Situated

    My husband and I recently spent a relaxing week at this adorable East Sandwich cottage. It offers all the amenities one might need, a comfortable bed, good-size bathroom, and outdoor shower. It is perfectly situated on a short pathway to the bay and its lovely stretch of beach and, a scenic road for morning walks.

    Bob and Isabel, the owners, were friendly, gracious and helpful to us during our stay. We hope to visit again!

    Perfect spot

    Wonderful location. Steps from the beach make it all worth while. The beach area is Rocky but not that much of an issue. The house is cozy and has everything you need. The outdoor shower is a great addition. Bob and Isabelle are great owners who are friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

    A gem of a cottage

    This is such a cute place! Steps to the ocean, the owners have provided chairs, an umbrella and a picnic table on your private beach. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, there are two beautiful rocking hairs on the patio overlooking the marsh, there's a barbecue, outdoor bar seating, and outdoor shower.

    The owners are very responsive and helpful, truly nice to deal with. It is absolutely a Cape Cod vacation cottage!

    I purchased the Cape house in 1988 for our family. We resided here year round, and our children all grew up at the beach. My wife passed away 6 years ago and the kids are all grown up, so I decided to share my property. I recently updated the upstairs bath and installed new granite countertops in the kitchen. Great home on the boulevard with the private beach on the bay. Umbrella & beach chairs provided.

    What is special about this property?
    Beautifully landscaped property with screen-in grape arbor room. Large outside shower outside the lower level kitchen. Great outside rear deck & inside sun room.

    What is special about your town?
    Oldest town on Cape with a lot Historic homes. Great restaurants with the Cape Cod Canal boat traffic & fishing
