My wife and I had an excellent stay at this quaint cottage. It is very close to several beaches and shopping. We liked the gas firepit, the cleanliness of the cottage and the neighborhood. The homeowner was highly responsive and very friendly.

Kate is the perfect hostess.When you arrive you are greeted by her,she will give you the layout of the house and also points of interests nearby. This is an ideal house for a couple who likes to be active and leave the car behind,you can bike or walk to restaurants,beaches ,bike trail and so much more.The house comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation.Our favorite parts of the home where the back deck with a private outdoor space equipped with a gas fire pit,quiet and peaceful neighborhood,and immaculate and modern furnishings.Our favorite restaurants were Cafe Chew,Off The Grid,Daniel Webster Inn(request the Atrium),and Fishermens View(make a reservation).Who knew Sandwich Ma.had so much to offer and conveniently located on the Cape.Lastly the welcoming gift that is waiting for you is a very thoughtful and kind gesture from Kate.My husband and I cannot wait to revisit.

This cottage was a real joy to rent for a week. Kate the owner was very accomadatinh showing me around the cottage. Very clean and neat with all needed items to make it comfortable. Really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. I would highly recommend this cottage for access to everything cool in Sandwich.

We really enjoyed our stay in the M&Seas Beach Cottage. It is a really nice place with a lot of charme.

My husband and 2 children stayed at M&Seas Cottage the first week of August and it was the best vacation we've had yet! The cottage was perfect fr our family - the kids enjoyed the loft space and thought of it as their own little retreat. The outdoor shower was a little slice of heaven and made me feel like I was visiting a spa. The little details in the cottage did not go unnoticed - from the decor, to the book and game selection, to the welcome bag - it made our vacation so special. The location was great and very central to all Sandwich has to offer. The neighborhood had low car traffic and with our youngest child still building her bike-riding skills, we felt safe taking the ride to the beach and some local restaurants. The owner Kate gave us great suggestions for activities to do other than the beach (book stores, restaurants, etc etc) and was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely vacation at M&Seas again!

My husband and 2 daughters stayed at this cottage for a week. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back deck with the gas firepit. The neighborhood where the cottage is located is beautiful as well. Lots of great site seeing and restaurants very close by that we enjoyed. Kate, the homeowner, was wonderful to work with.

We loved our stay at MSeas cottage. The place itself was spotless and so tastefully decorated. We felt at home right away. The host was amazing to deal with and offered great suggestions for rain days, restaurants and specific ideas for my 10 year old son. This place is incredible! We had an amazing week in Cape Cod!

Beautiful home. It was spotless upon arrival. Exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a beach getaway. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed in master. Two beds in loft. Having a washer/dryer was great because we were able to pack lightly. Beautifully decorated. Tons of books and games available.

Backyard was a special place - gorgeous fire table, nice gas grill, seating and tons of birds and bunnies to watch. Outdoor shower for after the beach. Bike rack in back yard for security. Quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach. Kate was awesome to work with. She had great recommendations, available for any questions. Had a gift bag and decorated for the 4th of July!

Would definitely recommend and stay again. Don't miss out on this really special place. Close to fishing, multiple beaches, great restaurants, places to walk and bike. Just doesn't get any better!!

Our stay at the M & Seas Beach Cottage was absolute perfection. When you dream of a Cape Cod cottage, this is it. It's beautifully decorated and the entire cottage is completely spotless. It felt both luxurious and cozy.

The back deck is lovely and we spent every morning there with our coffee and every evening under the stars around the gas fire pit, which is very easy to operate. The outdoor shower might be the best part - it felt wonderful after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Also, the location of the cottage could not be better. It's within walking or biking (or a *very* short car ride) distance of the scenic Cape Cod canal, beautiful town beaches, the famous Sandwich boardwalk, and many lovely restaurants, cafes, an award winning brewery, and ice cream spots. My favorite days were biking to breakfast, the beach, or for ice cream in the evenings. The cottage's location also made for a great home-base for day trips to other great spots throughout the Cape.

M & Seas is the perfect size for a couple or two to have a nice getaway. My husband and I had a sense of calm and relaxation the moment we stepped through the door of this charming cottage. It's beautifully yet practically decorated. We felt so comfortable it was like being home. Very clean and well maintained. It's walking/biking distance from the beach and local restaurants and other entertainment. We enjoyed a romantic evening under the stars on the back deck with a glass of wine around the gas fire pit. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with. Was readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend staying here. I know we will definitely be back in the near future.

A fully furnished kitchen, comfortable bedding, washer and dryer as well as an outdoor rain shower is a perfect get-a-way to take in the Cape Cod experience!
