Just steps from a private association beach, this beautiful home is the perfect location to enjoy your summer vacation at Cape Cod.

The first floor is a bright and open living space. The dining area, has a table that seats 6 with additional seating at the island. The adjacent living area has a comfy sectional couch, chair, and coffee table with a gas fireplace. A wall of large pane glass double doors opens to a spacious wrap-around front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or just relax with a book. Sliding doors off the kitchen open to the back deck where there is a gas grill, seating, and a table for you to enjoy your meals outside. The deck looks out onto a large grassy yard where you can play corn hole, toss a ball or play frisbee. The hot and cold outdoor shower is the perfect way to start and end your day.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and looks out onto the spacious back yard. The second bedroom has a queen bed with water views of Cape Cod Bay. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The third bedroom is a spacious en suite master bedroom that has water views and a large walk in shower.

A spiral steel staircase leads to a third-floor space with spectacular and expansive views of the bay. Four stools are tucked under a wall-to-wall counter facing the ocean. With multiple charging stations for laptops and other electronic devices, this is a great space to enjoy the view while drinking your coffee, enjoying a nightcap, or getting some work done while away from home.

The beautiful association beach is private and quiet. Located on the bay side of Cape Cod, you can walk the beach from Scorton Creek to Sandy Neck Beach. It is perfect for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying the tide pools at low tide. The neighborhood is family-friendly, close to Cape Cod attractions and shopping, and just 15 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge!

    Perfect house in a perfect location

    Our family of five had a wonderful time staying in Sandwich. The house was absolutely perfect - without a doubt, the cleanest, best equipped, best organized, and best furnished house we've ever rented at the Cape. We had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out inside while also enjoying the spacious front porch and back deck in the morning and evenings.

    Mike and Becky were great to deal with - providing many recommendations of things to do and places to eat, responding to any questions quickly, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week.

    The very quiet, private beach was just a short walk down a little path, and we met several friendly neighbors in the houses nearby. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to being back next year. Thank you Mike and Becky for opening your home to us and for a wonderful vacation!     show more show less

    We were fortunate to be able to stay for a month this fall and fell in love with this beautiful new home!
    State of the art everything, beautiful views of the ocean, and steps to the private neighborhood beach. Could not have wished for anything more!
