    Relaxing stay

    We spent a week here last August. The house was spotless and updated. We spent our days at the nearby beaches and evenings relaxing in the backyard. The owner let us use their kayaks and floats. There are several really good restaurants in town- we loved Off the Grid and Fisherman's View. It was so nice that ice cream and restaurants were within walking distance. We will be staying here again this year- can't wait!

    We are longtime Cape Cod vacationers who fell in love with the charm, history, and natural beauty of Sandwich. When we discovered the Town Neck area, we knew we had found a true hidden gem. Over the years, we've made countless memories here with family and friends, and it has become our ''happy place''.

    As homeowners, we take great pride in keeping our home clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We've tried to create the kind of space we always hoped to find when traveling... well cared for and prepped for making memories!

    What really sets this home apart is the property itself, as it is one of the few in the area with a large, private, and peaceful yard. It is the perfect location for relaxing, playing, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Complete with an iconic tree swing.

    The home's greatest asset is its unbeatable location, offering the best of Cape Cod right at your fingertips. Tucked into a quiet area near the bridge, it allows for easy access on and off the Cape while avoiding heavy traffic, and it's never overly crowded, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.

    You're just a short walk to the marina with excellent restaurants, as well as charming village shops. Multiple beaches are nearby, including Town Neck Beach, which is a truly unique spot where you can enjoy warm, calm marsh waters perfect for kayaking and floating, or head to the bay side for cooler water and ocean breezes. The nearby boardwalk is perfect for scenic walks, or even a jump into the water.

    You're also close to Tree House Brewery, known for its beautiful beachfront setting.
