Welcome to Ment-2-Be! This casual and eclectic beach home beckons you to come enjoy, relax and take in all the unique spaces here. Thoughtfully redone with an artistic eye and a craftsman’s hand! 

Guests are welcomed into this beautiful four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home with great spaces for the family to share.  You will enter this home into the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, a large island with stools, and an eye catching coral feature wall with open shelving.

The dramatic living room has plenty of seating, great sunlight and exposed truss beams. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, the primary bedroom and the second bedroom which are shared with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a bathtub. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed.  There is also a half bath with washer / dryer off of the kitchen.

The stairway enters into the lower level where the family room, two additional Bedrooms and the second full bath are located.  One bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the other includes a full and twin size bed. The side patio offers a quiet place to relax under the pergola with plenty of comfortable places to sit, eat, and even swing.

The backyard has a Green Monster in it - an homage to the scoreboard at Fenway! Enclosed outdoor shower. Just a short walk away from the private association beach on Cape Cod Bay.

Home offers central air conditioning with an additional three ductless mini-splits for extra cooling on the lower level.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Fireplaces are only available for guest use. 
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime. 

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. 
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. 
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
