Donald was an incredible host. He made us feel right at home, and went above and beyond. We had an amazing and special week, on a family vacation with two young children. Our stay was kid friendly, and the home was beyond my wildest expectations. Pristine! Donald and his wife treated us like family, and we cannot wait to come back again. This was our first time visiting Cape Cod as a family, and will definitely be back. Don was helpful, kind, responsive, and was and outstanding host. The house is beautiful, new, and there is a private beach access right in the back. I highly recommend this house for anyone - especially with kids. There is plenty of sleeping space, and even young kids can walk to the beach. I hope to make it back soon. I'm thankful I found this house and would like to thank Don and his wife for the wonderful time we had.

Donald was a great host and the house was practically still new. Everything was exactly as we expected based on the listing and photos. The private beach is just a short walk away and although the location feels totally secluded and peaceful, it's only a 10-20 minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and other stores/local attractions. It really was the ideal spot for a beach vacation home base. Donald was responsive and helpful every time we had questions and the house was very well equipped with lots of beds, great appliances, showers with good water pressure, etc. Also, the fact that we could bring our dog meant everything to us! Meticulous new home in a great location! Beautiful and spacious three bedroom house just feet from the beach. Very convenient for families with little kids. Great spot to fish, bike ride, go for a long walk or enjoy a fire on the beach at night. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Great house in a beautiful location!

Don met us when we arrived and oriented us to the fantastic beach location and the house. The location is amazing, lots of beach walks, and the house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Don and Cherie were kind and thoughtful, checking in with us throughout our entire one month stay. The house is brand new and pristinely clean. Modern, comfortable, and tastefully appointed. Beach is 100 steps from the back door. Would absolutely recommend!
