Comfortably renovated, bright and clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home only a 5-6 min walk to a shared private neighborhood beach! Step outside of the house and hear the ocean at high tide. Walk to the private neighborhood beach, enjoy the sun and water, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, fire up the grill and relax in the large yard with a spacious patio and fire pit. Come stay and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer!

Upon entering our home, you will immediately find all the comforts of home with a fresh new update.

On the main floor, you will find the eat-in kitchen, farmhouse style dining room, comfortable living room with a large screen T.V., full bathroom with tub and two bedrooms with full-size closets. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other bedroom offers twin beds. The living room sofa offers a pull-out queen bed as well.

Upstairs, you will find the private master suite, which offers a king bed, full bathroom with shower, small sitting area and large screen T.V. The office area is also included in the master suite for your privacy and includes a corner desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse.

There are 3 bedrooms with space for 6 comfortably in their own bedrooms. The living room sofa will pull out to a queen bed for 2 more.

Step outside, and you will hear the ocean waves as the tide comes and goes. Pack up your beach bag and leisurely stroll to the private association beach to enjoy the day in the sun, sand and Cape Cod ocean!

The neighborhood beach is private and spacious with no crowds. Only residents and their guests are allowed. Enjoy a Cape Cod beach almost to yourself! Discover sand-dollars and crabs on the sandbars at low-tide. We suggest beach shoes as the beach has a fair amount of rocks; although rocky, the beach offers plenty of sandy spots to spread out and enjoy for the day!

Once back home, enjoy a rinse in the heated outdoor shower, fire up the outdoor grill and relax in the large back yard with a spacious patio. Dine outside on the patio and enjoy evenings by the fire pit, and do not forget to enjoy your evening walk on the beach at sunset!

Our home offers central air conditioning and heat for your comfort and a full house automatic generator ensures electricity is never lost. A well equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided as well as beach towels. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the clean and freshly painted downstairs basement. 1 gigabit internet, USB outlets, 2 large screen T.V.’s, Xbox and plenty of board games and some books and, off season, when the leaves have fallen from the trees, glimpses of the ocean at high tide from the front windows are all available for your enjoyment when you are not at the beach! We sanitize our home after every stay and keep it extremely clean!

    This house was clean, beautiful, comfortable, had EVERYTHING we needed (linens, towels, beach towels, paper goods, beach wagon and chairs, etc), and was perfectly located. The yard is huge and wonderful - fire pit, dining area, and outdoor shower. Easy to walk to the end of the street beach, close to the town of Sandwich (ice cream, Treehouse Brewery, etc). The host was incredibly responsive for any questions/needs. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

    We really enjoyed our stay at this property and was perfect for accommodating 2 families. The location was perfect, and access to the private neighborhood beach (less than 5 minute walk) was such a perk (really enjoyed building a bonfire on the beach watching the sunset) and was not overcrowded. Josh was also an attentive and gracious host. We encountered an unexpected water shut off but Josh called right away to help get the situation rectified. Would highly recommend Josh's home and would definitely come back and stay here again! show more show less

    My family and I had an excellent time staying at this Sandwhich beach house. The owners communicated regularly and we knew exactly what to expect. They were also very quick to respond when there was a minor issue on our first morning. Our daughter loved running around the backyard and the adults enjoyed having drinks around the fire pit. And everyone loved the beach.

    We had a very nice confortable and peaceful week in this property. the house it's beautiful and modern with a big yard. The beach it's rocky but it's great for swimming and the sunrise and sunset are amazing there. Nice quiet and friendly community would love to be back.

    I'm looking forward to hosting your stay! A little bit about me, my wife and I have been coming to the Cape together since we met, as she was born and raised there! Our close family resides on the Cape and we're very familiar with the area! We're happy to help with any questions you have or any suggestions you'd like for things to do and our favorite restaurants during your stay!

    What is special about this property?
    We are in a quiet private beach association neighborhood in E. Sandwich right off of historic Route 6A. We are only a few streets back from our private shared beach! Many of our neighbors are full-time residents and longtime second-home owners who enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer!
