Our house is ideally located on a quiet picturesque street a block from the cafes, shops and Main St. of Sandwich village, and a short walk to the iconic Sandwich boardwalk and beach. One of the oldest homes in this historic neighborhood, it has 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Out back is a lovely patio under a wisteria-shaded pergola, a large yard with comfortable lawn furniture and a fire pit.

The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are just renovated, with cathedral ceilings. The house is comfortably furnished, and full of character, complete with linens, towels, a well-equipped kitchen, books, games puzzles and more! It is a welcoming house full of antiques, artwork and some cool surprises we discovered in our renovations.

Within walking distance are coffee shops, restaurants, the Dunbar Tea House, the Glass museum, and even a mini-golf. A few minutes drive will bring you to lovely restaurants along the Cape Cod Canal, or the famous Heritage gardens.

Your hosts, Laurie and Liam have lived on the Cape for nearly forty years. We live on the property and are always available to answer any questions you have about the house or offer helpful suggestions for special Cape Cod experiences.

    Charming, conveniently located, and great hosts

    We enjoyed several days with our extended family in this lovely and historic house. We didn't mind the sloping floors in some areas, it's to be expected. Beds were very comfortable, the large kitchen had everything one could imagine, the whole place was immaculate. Thank you Liam and Laura, the best hosts we've come across in multiple mini vacations.

    The house was lovely and did not disappoint! Beds were comfortable, the house was clean as a whistle and the hosts were so easy throughout the entire process. I had a question during checkout on Sunday and Liam got back to me immediately which was greatly appreciated. The location was great and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and an easy drive to other parts of the Cape. I would definitely come back!

    Perfect location minutes to beaches, walkable to town absolutely what we were looking for in so many ways. Amazing antique home that the owners have carefully restored, and as a side-note, could not be any nicer. Having spent decades on the Cape, their knowledge of the area is absolute and recommendations hit the mark, every time. Laurie and Liam, thank you again for allowing us to share your beautiful home!
