    Host greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us around the place and how everything worked. The location was excellent. We were there for the weekend for a wedding and we were very happy with the accommodations. We slept well. It was very quiet and the beds were excellent.

    Atmosphere was set by Ed when we arrived. Each room has individual climate control.
    Everything was in place and prepped for us. Fun home to stay in and appreciate the history of the area.

    The house was so cute and comfortable, and it had a nice yard for the dogs and kids to play in.

    Warm welcome to the Cape

    Ed was a lovely host. The house is very close to the Cape Cod Canal and Shawme-Crowell State Park, so a great location. Fantastic to have a full house with central a/c during hot summer months!

    Cape Cod trip

    The house was great, had all the amenities you'd expect, the mini split setup was great for peace of mind with your pets. The location was great and close to a lot of the attractions in Sandwich you would want to go to. Ed was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

    Not only am I a vacation owner but I also began school in Sandwich (1957), and after exiting the military, unknown to me, end up right back here at my same address as a property owner and manager of this 99 year old single family home that my mother was born on the second floor bathroom of this house and the original cast iron kitchen sink being my baby bathtub. Additionally, I have been a property manager since 2004. I take much pride in my position and my past 6 years of reviews and repeated, returned guest, including up to 3 revisits. You can be confident that I will treat you in a professional manner during your first and returned visits to my property, centrally located in the Historic District of Sandwich, Cape Cod.

    What is special about this property?
    This house has many updates including the removal of walls to create opened space, a ''whole house'' air sanitizer, purchased during the pandemic, boasting a 4 foot black light to sanitize all horizontal surfaces and purify the air within 45 minutes, a 4 unit, individually controlled mini-split system for heat and AC, your personal assigned door lock code which can also be remotely (via host) perform any request you may have, 2-year-old replacement windows, roof and more.

    What is special about your town?
    We are the very first residential property, located within 2 miles of many historic attractions and accommodations, restaurants, museums, grocery shopping, banks, ATMs, and much more for your convenience. Additionally, we are located within 1-2 hours road trip to Boston, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Provincetown, Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket.
