    Hi there! We are Jaimie and Andy Timmons and we live in Sarasota, Florida. We have two adult sons, 23 and 25 years old. We recently bought (and renovated!) this house in Sandwich to have a place to enjoy and be closer to our family and friends. We are both UMASS Amherst alumni and Andy's family and many old friends live in and around the Boston area. We love to travel and we also own a rental property in Savannah, Georgia where both of our sons went to college.


    What is special about this property?
    This house makes people happy, hence the name….Happy as a Clam. It's decorated with coastal colors that are calm, relaxing, and cozy. It's a place where you can put your feet up and decompress, while also being well-positioned to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. The mattresses are extra comfy, and the all-white linens makes it feel luxurious. Closets are big so you can unpack and settle in. It has everything you need for making meals with family and friends. We love the quiet and serene neighborhood, especially our back deck nestled among the tall pine trees.

    What is special about your town?
    Sandwich, MA, is popular for being Cape Cod's oldest town, offering a quintessential New England experience. You get great history, great beaches, and a quiet, charming atmosphere. It's very laid back and not terribly crowded in peak season like other towns on the cape. There are great restaurants and local breweries nearby. Attractions include the iconic Sandwich Boardwalk, Heritage Museums & Gardens, and scenic Route 6A. Sandy Neck Beach is one of the best on Cape Cod. We also chose Sandwich because of its convenience…it's a super easy day trip to Boston, ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and visiting the outer cape like Provincetown and Wellfleet.
