Cozy 2 bedroom cottage across from Mark's Cove and a short 3 minute walk to sandy, saltwater, Swift's Beach. Fully equipped eat-in-kitchen and large living room with 2 sitting areas and queen size fold out couch. Two private bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a full size bed, plus a living room alcove with an additional semiprivate sleeping area. The yard has a patio with a picnic table and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Large fenced in grassy area is great for kids with toys and inflatable pools or for camping under the stars. Large driveway offers off street parking for 4 cars.

Swift's Beach is a calm salt water beach that is great for children, swimming, launching jet skis and viewing boats traversing the Cape Cod canal. Wareham boasts Cranberry Highway restaurants, a water park, Wareham Crossing shopping center, and Onset village (Onset beach, canal cruises and fishing trips). Wareham is also a central location for many day trips such as Cape Cod, historic Plymouth and historic downtown New Bedford and Nantucket Island ferry.

    Love this cottage!

    Have stayed here in 2018 and 2019 and loved it. Love Sift Beach and the area.
    This place is typical cottage and they do great job of cleaning and maintaining
    the property. We will be back again

    Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cottage. The cottage slept the 4 of us comfortably, and the large yard was a definite plus! Just a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and playing horseshoes. Quick drive to go-karts and Water Wizz. Homeowners were very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this cottage!

    The villa

    The Villa fulfills childhood memories! The yard made for children. Well stocked. Kitchen. The private beach. Well suited for any boy and girls adventures. To finding sea snails and crabs. It truly is a memory right down to the couch and futon uncomfortable. But the memory none the less. Love the cottage for all of the above,,,

    A wonderful vacation!

    My friends and I stayed here for the week of the Fourth, and we had an amazing time. The house was clean and up to date. We comfortably slept 6 people for the week. We loved the outdoor shower and found it very convenient. Swifts Beach is right at the end of the street. Unfortunately on the Fourth of July, we had a hurricane, but we set up tents in the spacious yard and made the best of it. The property managers are very nice people and easy to deal with. I would recommend this house to anyone! We had so much fun that we didn't want to leave! We made many memories here and will for sure rent again next year! show more show less

    Nothing like it looks

    Sadly I rented this for my mother for a wonderful week vacation/wedding. We arrived to find dead bugs, filthy bathroom, floors and toilet. Kitchen screen was torn apart. After calling and asking the owners to come out and please replace the screen, they wouldn't. So for the entire week, my poor mother, uncle and niece were repeatedly bitten by mosquitoes. I hired someone to come out to clean the house. I would NEVER recommend this home to anyone. The ONLY plus is the large back yard.

    To my knowledge the house was clean. I inspected it. The screen that was broken is a storm door in the kitchen, and nobody said anything when they arrived. No mention was made until Monday when we were already back in Boston. What I know is that the house was rented to only three people, and I later found out it was used for a party of seventy people with electric cables to light up a huge tent in the yard. I did not have any prior knowledge of that party, and learned afterwards that there were so many people coming and going from the house, and much garbage dumped at the entrance to the garage that I had to pick up on Sunday when I returned because the neighbors complained about the clutter and the noise late into the night.show moreshow less
