Description

This home has magnificent views across Buzzards Bay to Cape Cod. Just steps to a beautiful sandy beach, clean calm ocean water, beach volley ball, a playground, refreshing breezes, great sunsets, and stargazing. Swim, sunbathe, read a book, watch boaters, jet ski, play games, take walks, bike or just sit on the deck and relax.

The home inside is airy, has conditioning and ceiling fans, and a large great room with sliding doors to a sunny wrap around deck plus a gas grill, table and chairs that overlook the ocean & beach.
There are 3 bedrooms, enough for 7 people to sleep comfortably. Master has a queen bed and full bath on the upper level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen and 1 twin, both rooms are spacious and have a bathroom and laundry just outside their doors. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The kitchen has a large table, new stainless appliances, not pictured, and is fully equipped with lots of counter & cabinet space.

We take pride in our unique and beautiful property at Swifts Beach in Wareham. It is kept clean and in good repair at all times. We have 3 married daughters and 4 grandchildren, ages 4,2,2 and 8 mos.
We bought this property for our family to use and enjoy for years to come.

What is special about this property?
The Beach is just a few steps away. There is a nice playground across the street and its a great area for bike riding. The neighbors are very friendly and the area is all well maintained. The house itself is very unique with a wrap around deck and all glass windows that give you a panoramic view of Cleveland Ledge, Buzzards Bay and the Cape Cod Canal. All amenities are right around the corner. Venturing out to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket is less than an hour away.

What is special about your town?
Wareham is the gateway to Cape Cod with over fifty miles of waterfront land. Onset Harbor is thought by many to be one of the most beautiful harbors in Massachusetts with Onset Beach, a waterfront park, musical amphitheater and great restaurants. Wareham is also the home of The Gatemen, a minor league baseball team. Wareham has a vibrant center and many great restaurants.
