On the first floor, there are 2 large bedrooms and full bathroom. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. All living spaces have quiet AC/heating. The large, enclosed 3 season porch is the perfect place for family meals and entertaining without the bugs, however there is a 200sf deck just outback for additional enjoyment as well with grill, fire pit and picnic table.

An outdoor shower for convenience & access to the basement for laundry & storage of beach accessories. You can’t miss the expansive yard as you pull up to park. So skip the Cape Cod traffic this summer and make this your beach house getaway. Although you can still get to the Cape easy enough including, Newport, RI, Providence and Boston.

    Awesome Beach House
    September 2025

    The beach house was very clean and had just about everything I needed for a 5-week stay.
    The neighborhood was very quiet, met nice people and I could walk to the beach and the
    beach was never over crowded.
    The home owners were very hospitable and couldn't be
    more helpful when I called with two minor issues. (one being, I couldn't figure out the TV.
    They left a red wagon to bring beach chairs, etc to the beach. The yard is big enough to park
    several cars and the back part is great for yard games friend brought. I also appreciated that
    going to dinner or shopping, we never had traffic problems. Also, my daughter and I did
    some very nice boutique shopping in the area. This property is an awesome beach house

    A home away from home
    July 2025

    Recently went down to the cape with my girlfriend for a weekend trip. This house was very clean and had all the essentials we needed throughout our stay. From the booking process to the checkout process, the homeowner was very helpful in answering our questions. No issues at all with the stay other than our given passcode not working. We were able to contact Trinh the owner and the issue was resolved within minutes. We will return here for our next stay!
