Private beach directly across St; Gas fireplaced great room & 2nd family room. There is a first floor en-suite master & 4 more bedrooms upstairs.

Home is 3,100 sq ft - perfect for multi-generational families.

Amenities include kayaks, tennis/pickleball court; grill, patio, fire pit, fenced yard, central A/C, designated office space, washer/dryer & access to all PBA activities; Wi-Fi, Roku TV's; 3 dining areas. Ideally located and plenty of activities for the family to enjoy. Two miles to Water Wizz and multiple restaurants; Arcade, grocery store and pharmacy are all two miles from home.

We belong to the Parkwood Beach association and that includes use of the private tennis/pickleball courts, and playground along with all PBA activities. Past activities included summer beach party, children's field day, Storytime, 4th of July burgers and face painting, family game night etc. Pickleball paddles and balls are stored in the garage along with beach chairs and life jackets. Kayaks are stored across the st on beach; Access to three private beaches within the Parkwood beach community. Beach pass included with stay to other area beaches including Swifts and Little Harbor beach.

Plenty of outdoor seating on porch and Patio as well as deck with Adirondack chairs facing water view and nightly sunsets.

We provide 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Stored on beach across the street from home; firepit and grill. read more show less

    Carol and Steve's place was wonderful. My husband and I rented the house for a family reunion. Our three sons and their families were comfortable and truly enjoyed staying here. They took advantage of the kayaks, beach and their kitchen. They all said that the beds were comfortable and liked that they had a little space between rooms. My husband and I live within 25 mins of the house and very much enjoyed the house and our time with our family. We all recommend this home. Thank you, Carol and Steve show more show less

    This was one of our best family vacations and this beautiful, spacious home had a lot to do with that. Our group was made up of 8 adults and 3 young children and the bedrooms worked well for us, but we especially enjoyed the 2 living areas and large dining table. Carol and Steve were great hosts that responded very quickly to any questions or needs we had, even before our arrival. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood surrounding their home. There was so much to do that was walkable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, and we would love to visit again someday. show more show less

    Our family of 7 adults and 2 young children loved spreading out in this beautiful home. The quiet neighborhood was perfect with a playground and small beach with warm water perfect for wading, swimming or kayaking.
    We really appreciating not packing linens and found everything to be extremely clean. We cooked many meals at home and drove to eat locally some nights. The kayaks, beach towels, toys and chairs all made traveling much easier and lighter. We felt like we avoided a ton of traffic by being just west of the bridges and we were still able to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer. show more show less
