    My name is Mark and I this is my primary residence that I've decided to share with you. I'm a mortgage loan officer for 20 years at Salem Five and I moved here in the fall of 2020. I have rented my home to one family for the past 5 years and it has worked out wonderfully. Therefore, I have decided to open up more weeks to other families.

    What is special about this property?
    The things I enjoy most living here are the countless sun & moon rises, watching the Ospreys raise their babies, catching a double/triple rainbow after a thunderstorm, watching the cruise ships coast through on their way to the Cape Cod Canal, seeing the fishing boats pass by in the early morning,

    What is special about your town?
    What's most desirable is the amount of coastline Wareham has along with the wildlife and proximity to the Cape. What people love the most about Wareham is the location! ''It's Better Before the Bridges'' traffic-wise and offers the same coastal relaxation/vibe as Cape Cod. Newport, RI is 1 hour away if you feel like a day trip. Gillette Stadium is 45 minutes from Wareham for the FIFA games! Boston is also an hour away without traffic. Water Whiz is 15 minutes away for a fun day with the kiddos!
