Enter an open and bright main living area with living room and dining room. The living room has a comfortable sectional and a large flat screen smart TV with cable. The dining area has a table with chairs and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). Just off the dining area is a cozy reading nook with comfortable chairs and a desk. One of two sliders (the other is in the living room) leads to the roomy screen porch.

The nicely-equipped kitchen with dishwasher is down a short hall from the main living area. Off the same hall is a den with a full sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a bathroom with tub/shower.

One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. The private primary bedroom with queen bed is off the living room. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Stairs from the dining area lead to the second floor of the home with the other two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Air conditioning: There are five ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area, one in the den and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Washer/dryer in the unfinished basement.

Enjoy the lovely screen porch with comfortable furniture and bar. Keep the bugs at bay while you enjoy coffee, meals and cocktails or just unwind with a good book or conversation.

Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and firepit with Adirondack chairs.

Set on a wooded lot, this beautiful home is a short walk, about a half mile, 11-minutes, to Long Pond and about an 13-minute walk to Dyer Pond, two of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds. Head down to the ocean for some waves or into town for restaurants, galleries and shopping--you don't even have to cross Route 6 to get into town.

Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, paths and sites, the weekly farmers market and live entertainment. Head into Truro for more restaurants, wine tasting at Truro Vineyards and tours of historic Highland Lighthouse. Twenty-minute drive to Provincetown for even more fun.
