This 4BR/3BA contemporary cape-style house, built in 2000, is located on almost an acre in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bayside. A short walk will take you to a path and overlook area with views of Chipman's Cove and Wellfleet Harbor. On the First Floor an open floor plan - kitchen, dining, and living areas, a 3 season porch with access to a pleasant deck (two sides open with screens) as well as one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bath. There is also a half bath with the washer/dryer on this floor. There are 3 more bedrooms on the Second Floor one with a brand new King bed, one with a queen and a twin and one with 2 extra Long twins. There also is plenty of parking. It is less than a mile to the beaches at Indian Neck and about 5-10 minutes to Wellfleet Center, the ponds, and the ocean beaches. A window AC unit has been added for 2024 to the main floor to take the edge off the very hot days. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
