Walk to all your errands and activities – P.O, library, market, gifts, tennis courts, bike path, playground, sailing, beach, science school, restaurants. In the evening, folk dance, visit ''open mike,'' occasional concerts or movies....or simply get an ice cream and watch the ferry unload. Take your bike to the Islands (Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket). All these simple pleasures within a 5-15 minute walk!!

This vintage home has a soul. All rooms have water views. The living room and the dining room are brightly furnished and lead to a side porch. Upstairs are three bedrooms and an old-fashioned bathroom with a claw tooth tub. Wake up to water views in all bedrooms! (The sunny yellow bedroom has a double plus a single bed. The sky blue bedroom has a double bed. The sea green bedroom has a single bed that folds into a chair so that this room may be used as an office.) There is an outside shower -- shower under the stars if you want.

Share drinks on the side porch and contemplate Eel Pond or watch the world go by. The kitchen has a gas stove and retains its old-fashioned antique feel. The pantry room is well equipped. The wood trim throughout the house is rich and warm and the decor is colorful and amusing. (This is a house with spirit and soul. As the owners renovate, every effort is made to retain the original architectural features.)

The house is amazingly accessible to Logan Airport: The Woods Hole bus picks you up at your airport terminal and delivers you to Woods Hole within 2 hours; you walk 10 minutes and then you are ''home''! In the summer, a trolley shuttle bus takes you to Falmouth and other destinations.

Your house will be fully equipped with linens, proper cooking equipment, children's books, some toys, outdoor table and chairs. Washer and dryer in basement. Lots of books and games.
