Our home is the perfect retreat for those who enjoy nature, science, cultural events, beaches and lobster rolls! The house overlooks a small pond that serves as spectacular habitat to countless species (except humans - sorry, no pond access permitted) providing a seasonal symphony of birds, frogs, coyotes, and the occasional ferry horn. Our home is on a private street about 1 mile to Nobska Beach and ¾ mile to Shining Sea Bikeway, providing direct route to the vibrant village of Woods Hole, with much beloved coffee shops, bakeries, seasonal shops and eateries. Many year-round activities and events to attend, including lectures, readings, film festival and concerts in WH and nearby Falmouth. Enjoy the beaches of Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay, and convenient ferry service for easy day trips to Martha's Vineyard. Boston is a short (+/-90 min) drive away, and there is daily bus service from WH village to Logan Airport and downtown Boston.

Our fully furnished, well-stocked home has an open floor plan on the main level, where living room, kitchen and dining room connect, with sliding doors opening to large deck. Picture windows provide gorgeous year-round views, living room is great for gathering while also ideal for quiet afternoon naps, dining room table provides perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon Zoom, dinner with family & friends. The primary bedroom (queen) suite is on the main level, with private deck, small desk area and bathroom with shower. The upper level has smaller bedrooms w/twin beds and a shared bathroom with tub/shower. This level has a balcony that opens to the living space below. The lower level has a laundry area and seasonally available outdoor shower. Enjoy high-speed internet, cable (TV in living room only), Apple TV, brand new AC/heat.

Woods Hole is home to world-renowned research institutions, Marine Biological Laboratory and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. In addition to marine science, WH provides a thriving arts community of visual artists, filmmakers, writers and musicians.
