Great getaway in West Yarmouth, private beach access, golf courses and local restaurant favorites.

3 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each room. One full bathroom.

Back deck with gas grill and outside shower for rinsing off from a long day at the beach. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and has A/C.

The backyard is very relaxing, and we have a shed to store your bikes or golf equipment during your stay. You will be provided a parking pass that gives you access to private Crowell Beach. If you choose to walk it's only 1/4 of a mile from the house, so it's easy to make a trip up to the house if you forgot something during the day. We are also very close to public Seagull Beach. This beach is a little less than a mile from the house and is a great walk to enjoy bird watching and has a great Jetti for fishing and snack bar in the summer.

Mini golf, waterpark, ice cream shops, restaurants, golf courses, and kayaking on Bass River are all close by. Hyannis is a short 10-minute drive from the house for shopping or planning your trip to the Islands.

Non-smoking and no pets. There are no linens provided.

    I've been renting this house for about 10 years now and we have had many return guests because the house is simple and relaxing. I signed up to use weneedavacation, because it has a local feel and it builds the relationship and makes communication between renters and owners easy for everyone. Each year we try to make some improvement to the house. We try our best to make sure our guests stay is memorable. There really isn't quite like visiting the cape. We hope you decide to stay with us.

    What is special about this property?
    It's proximity to everything. West Yarmouth is ''Mid Cape'', so taking a day trip to the islands or driving up to Truro is within reach. Or just enjoy being lazy at the house. The back yard gets ample sun. Or take a little walk down to Crowell Beach on Lewis Bay. The beach is close enough where you can walk back to the house for lunch and walk back down. There is also a parking pass provided for when you stay if you decide to drive.
