The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. The interior includes 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed sleeps 2, bedroom 2 room sleeps 2 with a queen bed and bedroom 3 a bunk room that sleeps 4.

The living room has a big flat screen tv with 2 couches and high speed internet. There is a kitchen with new vinyl floor and a dining area. Futon room has a second tv and the unfinished basement has a game room with bar, pool table, stereo, and TV.

This quiet cottage is on a corner lot that has landscaped lawn and includes a patio with deck and firepit in a private back yard. A grill is available for your use. Paddle boarding is available locally as well as kayaking.

Restaurants and shops are very close by, walking/biking distance. Bike trail starts a block away from the neighborhood and there is bike rental in the plaza next to the trail. There is a playground close by and 2 golf courses.

    Hidden gem!

    We were 3 couples and a very energetic puppy. Plenty of room for everyone! It's hard to find a place with plenty of space, enough bedrooms and enough bathrooms for a reasonable price. The Phyllis house fits the bill! The basement space with pool table, small bar, darts and couch was another fantastic space for us to relax and enjoy some "slightly" competitive games. We were also pleasantly surprised by the very private backyard. We cooked several dinners ourselves but the location is close to some of our favorite restaurants - Sea Dog Brew Pub and Longfellows. Bought a beach pass for the week and it wasn't difficult to drive the 2 miles to Smugglers Beach. I highly recommend this property! show more show less

    The house was very nice. Everything was what you expected. Clean
    We were able to go to both sides of the Cape for beaches. It is centrally located not near the beach. You need to drive but it works out.

    Cape Escape
    Lovely Mid-Cape rental, perfect for a couple or family (we had 6 guests)! The backyard is private and perfect for grilling, dining and relaxing. Inside there was plenty of couch space and dining space for our family. Our 7-year old loved the small air hockey game in the basement and the decor is peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The kids loved the "bunk room" at the end of the hall while we enjoyed having enough space for our family to relax. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood and central for all things "Cape". Very nice - would definitely rent again. In response to other reviews-we found recycling pickup was Thursday and trash pickup was Friday. ;) show more show less

    Cape cods hidden gem!

    This was our 3rd year coming back to this house. We love everything about it. The only thing I would say is to fix is the paper about the trash/recycling pick up days needs to be clearer on what day is what. We hope they family will keep renting it out. We have been very fortunate to find this gem. We are already looking into next year visit.

    This is our second year renting 101 Phyllis and we couldn't be happier. The home is fully stocked with more than the amenities we need for an amazing and comfortable vacation. My family and I enjoyed everything about this home and even the rafter of turkeys that saunter by the property each evening. The location is central to all we do (beach, shopping and dining out) as well as close to Routes 6 & 28 and is located in a friendly/quiet neighborhood. Everything we need for a relaxing vacation!

    Rental was in a perfect spot, in the middle for everything. House was clean snd very spacious. The only thing wrong was we had 4 days of rainy weather but we were still able to do everything we planned. Had a great time and hope to go back again

    I have been renting my first property in South Yarmouth since 2018, and have many satisfied returning clients. I began my love affair with Cape Cod in 2017 when I bought my first Cape Cod Ranch and could not wait to come down and stay for weekends and enjoy the beach the restaurants and the easy going lifestyle.

    In 2019, I have added to my portfolio & just launched another fantastic rental one street away in South Yarmouth.

    My wife and I have a dog Jack a Shih Tzu, hence both houses are completely small dog-friendly

    What is special about this property?
    Phyllis Quiet Cottage is an updated ranch beach house. Re designed by the builder that owned it previously and renovated.

    It lye's in a great walking neighborhood in the Captains Village with access to Cape Cod bike path shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Yarmouth and Dennis have some of the best restaurants to dine in with tremendous seafood.

    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth is central to everything but is quiet. The neighborhood turkeys rule the roost. Do what you want when you want.


    What is special about this property?
    This is a quiet property with birds and animals flourishing. You can here the turkeys in the morning and see them roost in the evening. Plenty of rabbits and chipmunks and a wide variety of birds come to visit.
    Under the awning on the deck you can see and take in the sounds whether morning or evening or the animals and birds.




    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth is central to getting North and east to P-town and South and west to Falmouth Woods Hole and the islands. You can reach both ends in 45mins . You have the bayside beaches Chapin and Mayflower beach in Dennis as well as Grays beach in Yarmouth.
    On Nantucket sound in Yarmouth you have 7 beaches to choose from Smugglers and Seagull are my favorites.
