    We greatly enjoyed our stay at 45 windjammer in south Yarmouth. The property was so homey, warm and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything needed to cook especially for a long time stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. The office staff was also very kind and quick to help when any problems arouse. Highly recommend! 5/5

    I have rented this home for the past 3 summers. The home is as described and more. The space is very generous and comfortable for a family. The lovely yard is spacious and well landscaped with lots of privacy. The property owner has been available to answer questions when I have needed to contact the real estate agency with any concerns. Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to stores, activities and beaches. Great location.

    I have been renting my first property in South Yarmouth since 2018, and have many satisfied returning clients. I began my love affair with Cape Cod in 2017 when I bought my first Cape Cod Ranch and could not wait to come down and stay for weekends and enjoy the beach the restaurants and the easy going lifestyle.

    In 2019, I have added to my portfolio & just launched another fantastic rental one street away in South Yarmouth.

    My wife and I have a dog Jack a Shih Tzu, hence both houses are completely small dog-friendly

    What is special about this property?
    Phyllis Quiet Cottage is an updated ranch beach house. Re designed by the builder that owned it previously and renovated.

    It lye's in a great walking neighborhood in the Captains Village with access to Cape Cod bike path shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Yarmouth and Dennis have some of the best restaurants to dine in with tremendous seafood.

    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth is central to everything but is quiet. The neighborhood turkeys rule the roost. Do what you want when you want.


    What is special about this property?
    This is a quiet property with birds and animals flourishing. You can here the turkeys in the morning and see them roost in the evening. Plenty of rabbits and chipmunks and a wide variety of birds come to visit.
    Under the awning on the deck you can see and take in the sounds whether morning or evening or the animals and birds.




    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth is central to getting North and east to P-town and South and west to Falmouth Woods Hole and the islands. You can reach both ends in 45mins . You have the bayside beaches Chapin and Mayflower beach in Dennis as well as Grays beach in Yarmouth.
    On Nantucket sound in Yarmouth you have 7 beaches to choose from Smugglers and Seagull are my favorites.
