tanglebythebay is a 1600 sq foot home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in West Yarmouth, MA and is the perfect place to call home while visiting Cape Cod. tanglebythebay is a short walk (10 minutes) to Colonial Acres Beach, and is close to mini-golf, ice-cream, restaurants, and other spectacular Cape Cod beaches & town centers. We offer everything you need to feel at home, and live your best indoor/outdoor life after a day on the beach or exploring the Cape!
This home features 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, with beautiful design touches in every room. With 3 floors of full living, this home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across a total of 5 beds (two queen beds, one full bed, and two twin beds). This spacious, meticulously curated property is ready to help you make summer getaways on the Cape a cherished core memory in the years to come.
The dining room has a large table that seats 6, and it opens up to the living room with a wall mounted 55' inch Vizio smart-TV. The living room is a great place for a family game night, stream movies, or just to curl up for a short nap - and it has space for all.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools & supplies (pots, pans, appliances, and spices/seasonings) that will help you prepare delicious meals during your stay, if you choose to cook! The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig, electric kettle, griddle, George Foreman Grill, blender and more.
All of our beds are fitted with high quality crisp, white 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets. All linens are included (bedding, bath & beach towels) during your stay, so there's no need to worry about yet another thing while you're on vacation.
The finished basement includes an entertainment area with another 55 inch smart TV, games, puzzles, and exercise area (spin bike, yoga mats, etc). With all that indoor space, and an outdoor shower, everyone can rinse off easily (and fight over the best shower spot in the house)!
Outside, guests can enjoy two outdoor decks, the outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, gas grill, and firepit-- the perfect spot to enjoy slow summer nights.
Please note that:
- There are two outdoor security cameras installed in the front of the house. These cameras face the front door and the driveway only, and are not monitored.
- Guests are responsible for paying the state & local income tax (14.45%). This is calculated in addition to the rental rate, and will be due with final payment.
- tanglebythebay will collect a refundable security deposit, which will be refunded within 48 hours of your stay.
- There is a high season minimum stay requirement of 7 nights (Saturday- Saturday).
