Comfortable one floor living in a classic contemporary home in the Lobsterville area of Gay Head (Aquinnah), the quietest, coolest town on the Island. The view overlooks the Elizabeth Islands, Vineyard Sound, and the North Shore.

There's a large living room with sliders to the front deck - perfect for entertaining or relaxing while watching boats coming in and out of Menemsha Harbor. The dining area (table seats 10 comfortably) is adjacent to the living room and modern well-equipped kitchen. The four main bedrooms each open to a large side deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a desk area. The second bedroom has queen bed. The other 2 main bedrooms have 2 twins each. All have spacious closets. There is a small bunk room for kids, and 2 bathrooms are off the hall. A large yard provides a safe play area for the kids. An outside 'after swim' hot & cold shower is convenient and fun.

It's a five minute walk to Lobsterville Beach and Menemsha Pond (about 1/4 mile). An easy bike ride to the Menemsha Bike Ferry provides access to restaurants, fish markets and the harbor. A short drive takes you to Philbin Beach (on the ocean side) and the scenic Gay Head Cliffs.

This quiet location is very private, yet convenient to swimming, sailing, fishing, shopping, restaurants and harbor.
