Weekly: June 29-July 6, and July 6-13; $5.5K/wk (lowered from $7k). Cool owners stay in the converted porch off side of the house.) We are happy to dog and kid watch when and if needed.
Price includes 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath upstairs. Sleeps 8. shared full bath downstairs, plus awesome outdoor shower, Huge kitchen, living room with ocean view, great deck for sunset viewing. Wonderful owner couple :-) stays in room off side of the house. Wife is Aquinnah Seaweed Artist. In home Seaweed Art Gallery in Dining room.

We have a 2 person Kayak available for you, gas BBQ,
Remolded Kitchen and Bathroom upstairs. Restaurants at the gay head lighthouse, and easy 90 sec walk to private Beach.

Description:
Historic home built in 1875 set in a spectacular spot. 12 min walk to the Gay Head cliffs. The well known Outermost Inn Restaurant is next door. Situated on a 2-acre lot that extends all the way to the beach, we have a large front yard with 2 min path to our semi-private beach. The house faces the Vineyard Sound and has magnificent views of the water and the Elizabeth Islands. There is a spacious family room facing the beach, and a large kitchen that also faces the ocean with a great large window above the sink for pleasant kitchen duty. Huge deck and chairs to enjoy the sunset enjoy meals on the picnic table. Some of the best fishing on the island is along our beach,1/2 mile from the Gay Head Lighthouse. It is truly a most unique spot. Amenities include air conditioners, wireless WIFI, outdoor shower, BBQ, beach toys, fishing rods, 2-person kayak and more.

    "It was so much better than I imagined!" was what I told Ken and Corinna when we left. I was intrigued by Corinna's Seaweed Art and ended up buying a gorgeous large framed piece. She even gave me a great deal! The house, view, and location are amazing and it was super clean. It's a 2 minute walk to their private beach where we enjoyed fishing and hanging out. My doubts of having housemates were immediately dispelled as it was not awkward at all. Ken and Corinna helped us in so many ways with Island suggestions for kids as well as adults. Places to fish, eat, beach, and have fun. Corinna even loaned my friend one of her summer dresses and Ken lent us a fishing rod in case the bite got hot! The kids loved it and we did as well. They even made a seaweed card from fresh seaweed. Stay with Ken and Corinna in Aquinnah. You won't be disappointed! show more show less

    Heaven on Earth

    We were pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms, four bedrooms and it slept ten comfortably. The house is old but had all the amenities that we needed. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and nice fans throughout. The best part though was the beautiful views from the deck and all parts of the house. We could easily walk to the private beach to swim, fish, kayak, or just lay on the sand. The yard was awesome and big enough for bocce, frisbees, or whatever else. The owner was very responsive to my questions beforehand which was nice too. I highly recommend this rental. show more show less

    Beautiful, quiet location. Corinna and Ken were very welcoming and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed viewing Corinna's unique seaweed art, and even received complimentary prints with our stay!

    Corinna & Ken were fabulous hosts. They welcomed us as if we were family. Her Seaweed Art Gallery was absolutely amazing. The view from our bedroom, the sitting room, & back deck/yard were breath taking of the ocean. Most tranquil relaxing area of the island to stay! If you're looking for nice scenery & a place to sit back and relax, this is THE spot.
