The second floor has a queen sized bedroom , smaller bunk bed kids/reading room, full tile shower bathroom and a large open family room that goes out to second floor 50 foot deck with indoor and outdoor open, private and partial ocean views. 3 Motorized 16X11 ft awnings cover length of long upper deck for choice of sun or shade, Nordic's newest, large hot tub, seats 6-7.

Privately situated. Decks on both levels. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Expanded, large, flat grassy back and side yard, beautiful, natural landscaping. Outdoor H/C shower, all appliances. 1 Gig Ethernet and Wireless broadband internet, multiple xfi pods for wifi throughout property. 1 Samsung LCD HDTV and 1 50” Roku 4K HDR TV, HBO Max, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus through Xfinity Cable boxes and two Roku streamers, free long distance phone, IPod/smartphone connections on all three stereos and radios. Also, new deck furniture on all decks. Year-round home with furnace heating for cold nights. Filtered well water for spring water quality. 7 zone whole house new multi split AC/heat pumps installed last year.
Private garbage pickup. Terminix pest and additional mosquito treatments and local island company tic control. Many amenities. Weber Gold series grill. Two trek bicycles here for your use. Many kids and family games/puzzles and so forth.

The Gay Head/Aquinnah area is known as the most ecologically preserved, least populated, and most peaceful part of Martha's Vineyard. It is away from the hustle, bustle and traffic of the ''down island'' towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown. Very little traffic, beautiful private Atlantic Ocean beach and additional multiple resident parking only bayside beaches (parking pass comes with house). There are private fishing charters available with local, renowned charterers. It is close to Menemsha, a fishing village where folks often go to watch the sunset and purchase fresh fish and other seafood for grilling at home with family and friends. It is a 9 minute drive to Chilmark Center, another 9 minute drive to West Tisbury center and another 9 minute drive to the ''down island'' towns of Vineyard Haven, Pak Bluffs and Edgartown.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, all linens, beach towels, chairs and all the umbrellas one might need. The hot tub chemicals are maintained by our caretaker.

Property bug and mosquito control provided by Terminix, so there are no ''crazy critters'' running around. You might see a deer or two or some rabbits. One should keep in mind that the area is about 25-30 minutes from down island provisions, so it is worthwhile to stock up on groceries and such. The Chilmark store is a general store that is 9 minutes away. Alley's General Store, a slightly larger store is another 9 minutes. The closest full size supermarket is Cronigs, about 20 minutes away. There is private garbage pickup every Wednesday. The property is well maintained by a superb landscaper. Entire yard is on irrigation system and is mowed weekly. In addition, we resolve our guests' needs quickly and professionally.:

    Wonderful Home

    This is a clean, comfortable, and truly inviting home. Everything you could ever need is made available, and the host is easily accessible and extremely responsive. The location is quiet and private, and the grounds are carefully maintained. The walk to the beach is short enough for young children to manage. We hope to stay here for many years to come.

    Lovely Aquinnah Home

    Wonderful experience in this beautiful home set on a quiet street with a five minute walk to a beautiful beach. The interior is generously sized and well appointed, and the yard is well-maintained and very peaceful. A lovely place to spend a vacation in Aquinnah. The owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and thoughtful - a true pleasure to work with.

    Amazing, well maintained property.

    Great property and very responsive and accommodating owner. The home is thoughtfully laid out and lovingly maintained. There is space for everyone and everything you need is at your fingertips.

    The short walk to the beach on quiet streets was manageable with young children. We found something for everyone with multiple beaches a short drive away.
