KingTide is a recently renovated, two level classic Vineyard house. The open floor plan of the first floor is flanked by three bedrooms and features massive floor to ceiling windows and ocean views from every room. The master suite, queen guest room, and double twin bedrooms make this home perfect for a family or couples retreat.

A flowing kitchen, dining, and outdoor dining area are perfect for entertaining for any meal of the day. Whether coffee or cocktails on the large raised deck or a night cap from the crow’s nest with spectacular views of Noman’s island, this house has been designed and decorated as an escape and also a reminder of how special Aquinnah and Martha’s Vineyard are and how fortunate we are to be here. Set on the Church Street hill, the large front and side yard give our three young children all the space they need. A fully stocked beach closet includes everything from boogie boards to beach chairs. If you can see it, you can use it.

Philbin Beach (resident passes included), the Outermost Inn, and the Aquinnah cliffs (Aquila coffee is incredible) are each less than a mile away. For younger children or calmer water, Lobsterville beach and West Basin are nearby and easily accessible. For rainy days (they do happen), the lower level living space is ideal for board games or movie nights. For those of us who can never really leave work behind, there is a secluded and quiet office on the lower level The office also features a full sized Murphy bed.
