Private and serene, this home is loved. Enjoy your cup of coffee every morning and fun beverages every night on the wrap-around deck. With 2 large sliders, there is easy in and out access to the living spaces. Parents, while kids are comfortably sleeping, you can relax on the 2nd floor main living area!

Chappy is biker friendly and car accessible. Just a short boat ride over to the town of Edgartown that offers access to great shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and public transportation to the rest of the Island.

    My family and I came upon this lovely home and can't wait to return. The house is clean and updated. We enjoy the convenience it offers to getting to the many beaches throughout the island of Chappy. We sometimes find ourselves not leaving and exploring the many sites including the Japanese Garden and Community Center.

    And thank you for stocking so many DVD's at the house. It kept our family occupied when we just wanted to relax.

    This is our second time staying at this home. We love the adventure of getting to Chappy. Our two kids love riding on the ferry - it makes the vacation experience more eventful. Our kids also like the ease of getting to the beach. No long car rides! We even rode our bikes a few times.
    The house is always very clean and maintained. It is also nice that the owners have plenty of books, games, and an outdoor swing to keep the kids entertained. We hope that we can continue visiting this home!

    We are in love with Marthas VIneyard! For years we have been visitng this island and are so excited to have found your home! Our family loves taking the small ferry over to Chappy. We do not enjoy having to find parkng in town, and when we rent this home, we don't have to deal with this! We either ride our bikes over or walk to the main island via the ferry.
    The house is very nicely maintained. And having the bedrooms on the ground floor is very convenient. My husband enjoys using the grill and I enjoy the open floor plan of the house! Looking forward to more trips to this home. show more show less

    Thank you for hosting me and my friends. We needed a fun getaway! We often rode our bikes into town and explored the island.
    We often played games outside in your yard and then enjoyed dinner on your large deck. The beds were all comfortable and the house clean! Looking forward to another opportunity to visit your home on Chappy!

    We reside in Connecticut and have two daughters. For years, we have been visiting Marthas Vineyard. After getting to know the island so well, we decided to buy a home on Chappy - easily accessible and quiet. There are so many amazing beaches and walking paths that our family likes to explore.

    What is special about this property?
    The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many beaches and walking paths. We have updated the home throughout and regularly maintain it. There is a large wraparound deck, fire pit, bikes, and swing to enjoy on the property. There is a wonderful community center that offers basketball, tennis, ping pong, a playground, movies, and plenty of weekly events!
    There are tons of beaches, walking paths, the Japanese Garden, and more to explore on Chappy!
    The town of Edgartown is easy to get to. Instead of fighting with parking, we often walk or ride our bikes on the car ferry into town. There are also plenty of buses, Lyft, and Ubers to get around the main island.
