TTOR's Wasque Reservation provides a Vineyard-perfect setting for every natural summer activity from beach and biking to (almost guaranteed) bass and bluefish. 4WD beach access is also an option.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath, "upside down" layout provides south facing Bay and Ocean water views. The home is soaked in sun and provides upper and lower decks.

Walk to Wasque Point or Katama Bay. Walk or bike a myriad of trails and unpaved roads. A quiet and remote settling in nature that is accessible to a busy downtown Edgartown with a 10 minute drive and a 5 minute ferry ride.
